My wife & I stayed in one of the cabins so we could be in a central location of GTNP. Yes, you pay a premium price for the convenience of staying in the heart of a beautiful park. Well worth it for us though. The cabin was comfortable with adequate sleeping & bathroom accommodations. We had a small wall space...

My husband and I stayed for three nights in a cabin with two double beds. The room was big enough for the two of us but very basic. The heater had no thermostat, but quickly warmed up the room. Colter Bay is centrally located so that getting to other locations was easy and convenient. We picked the "sustainable rate" (no...

We stayed in a cabin originally built in 1922 and refurbished and moved to Colter in 1957. It was basic, but cozy with all mod cons and an efficient heater. After Yellowstone, we were delighted to find free wifi in the public areas and a short walk, or a drive if raining, brings you to the Ranch House where they...

I have to be honest. When we arrived after dark and walked into our very chilly cabin I wasn't overly impressed but soon I found the heater and the views in the daylight were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and it was a great 2 bedroom accommodation with trails right behind the cabin! My only negative was the bathroom....

Collier bay was more then I expected. The cabins were awesome. Very clean, rustic but all the conveniences you needed. It was very quiet which we loved. just a short walk from cabin to marina with beautiful views of Tetons. We walked the shore trail absolutely beautiful, walk in woods and then to spectacular views of Jackson lake and Tetons....

We rented one of the two bedroom cabins in Colter Bay Village. Two rooms, rustic, but nice. Enough space for two small families or one large one (4 doubles, 1 single). Bathroom was small. No fridge or other kitchen facilities. Pricy for what you get, but you pay a lot more to be in the National Park. Colter Bay is...

The rustic cabins are usually back to back with another unit and go up a hillside. There can be a bit of a climb to your unit if you are at the top. There is no coffee service in the cabins so if you want coffee in the morning and you are at the top there is a brisk walk...

We stayed for 3 nights in a one room cabin with private bathroom. In addition to the 2 double beds, there was also a twin bed. Since there was only two of us, it was perfect for laying out our bag. These cabins have some "age" and "history," as they were moved by Rockefeller from their original location to Colter...

My cabin was big as either smaller ones were booked or maybe they just have the one size -- one large bed one twin. Heater was needed, worked fine and was noisy a bit but I still got to sleep. I found the place clean and comfortable but keep in mind they are cabins. The towels were fine, not luxury...

Our small cabin felt spacious and offered that 3rd bed we needed. Views are breath taking. Restaurant food amazing with a fun bar. Mountain mohito quite tasty. Grocery center even offered a starbucks. Close proximity to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole.
