The talented owners, Scott and Steve, are clearly "in tune" with each other and their surroundings. For us this translated into three nights of a veritable "Symphony" made up of ambiance, victuals, comfort and location. Whether lying in the outdoor hot-tub watching the meteor shower, or standing in the "cave" surrounded on all sides by wonderful water, sitting on the...

Along with everyone else who has reviewed here I cannot recommend Sacred Sands highly enough; it was a treasure of a place to come across and we truly enjoyed the peaceful and calm days we spent here. The quietness of the countryside, the great conversation with Scott and Steve over breakfast, the night sky from the hot tub, the innovative...

My husband surprised me with a trip to Sacred Sand for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was amazing! The room was wonderful – beautifully decorated down to every luxurious detail. The view was spectacular, even from the hot tub! The food was delicious! We had everything we needed for a romantic weekend in Joshua Tree. I loved my stay...

We got married at Sacred Sands in late 2009 and it was absolutely perfect in every way - we can't say enough about it! Scott and Steve were so attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. All the details were taken care of from the flowers to the cake to the color of the...

Who are these guys, "Scott and Steve"? Didnt some malcontent have a complaint or a bad meal? Being a life-long traveller, I was intrigued. Enough to travel from Philadelphia, PA to Joshua Tree, California. In June. While heartily disliking hot weather, B & B's and hiking. After 3 days and nights, I solved the mystery. Spending time in Joshua Tree,...

This architecturally fascinating B & B exceeds any expectations you have! We stayed in the West Room, which is meticulously decorated with a collection of eclectic pieces combined with contemporary furnishings and amenities. The bed is super comfortable and the linens are to die for! The most wonderful inn keepers combine an A+ hospitality with equally yummy breakfast interesting conversation....

I took my wife to the Sacred Sands for her birthday. I did not tell her about the place so when we arrived she was quite excited at the initial sight and appearance of the place. We stayed for two nights and found everything we needed and then some. The property and rooms were designed with views, comfort, and convenience...

This beautiful retreat is a slice of heaven! My husband and I enjoyed every second of the best weekend getaway we've ever had. I am extremely picky and very detail oriented; this b&b exceeded my expectations in every aspect: -the grounds are manicured and even raked in a cool pattern -Scott and Steve both warmly greeted us -the room and...

My girlfriend and I stayed here over spring break. The location is pretty much perfect, perched on a hill overlooking the valley leading up to the park with awesome views. The room we stayed in was beautiful. Depending on the time of the day or evening, the irregular walls caught the light in different ways. The walls of this place...

My wife and I spent Valentine's Day weekend at Sacred Sands. What an amazing place. The rooms are well decorated and very romantic. Plush bedding. An amazing multi-head shower. It was so nice to sit in the hot tub and stare up at the stars after a day of hiking in the park. We will have to come back when...
