The hot springs are very comforting but they are crowded and get pretty nasty before they are cleaned sporadically. The pools could use a bit of an update, but the warm water was wonderful. Definitely a good change from hiking!
We took this review rating literally, so the resort was average. That doesn't mean we didn't enjoy our stay, because we did. And we would return.
The cabins look rather non descript from the outside, more like a below average motel and camp ground than...More
Hot springs are always welcome after a long couple days of travel and hiking. We went early in the morning and facilities were still reasonably clean and uncrowded. The resort itself seemed a little run-down and stuffy.
From check in, to departure, there was very little to positive feedback to provide. The check in staff was aloof and unhelpful. The rooms were old and decrepit. Our family found it highly laughable that the beds had a pillow that projected the saying

Hi, you don't need to pay extra for the pools if you are staying at the resort overnight. They also allow their overnight guests to access the pools one hour earlier than normal opening time (so it's a lot less crowded).
