If you are in a rush, don't come here. But if you are looking to settle in deep within the wilds of the Park, slow down and enjoy this spectacular setting. Our cabin was perfect, especially as we brought our dog and we could get up early and walk him before the sun rose late. The lodge has a really...

This resort is tucked away off highway 101 in Olympic National Forest and is of historical note for travelers arriving by Stanley Steamers in the the early 1900's to partake of the waters. Alas, the old, wooden, three story hotel burned a few years after opening and in its place is a modern lodge with modern cabins dotting the grounds....

Good thing for good friends who can make the most of any situation. When we checked in we found our room to not be very clean and a bed that was sandy and sheets not even on the bed correctly. It was late at night and almost closing time, we did get clean sheets in time. After that we found...

Don't let the high price of a cabin rental $300+ per night confuse you into thinking you get what you pay for. It's clear the owners do not care about training a competent staff. Granted, front office staff were nice, but forgot to give us our towels for use at the hot springs (over crowded, shoulder to shoulder, sulfur, rotten...

Didn't know what to expect, but was surprised at the resort's great hot springs. We took advantage of the relaxing hot water in the morning and the evening. The cabin was modest, but adequate. Ours had a small kitchen, so we could use the microwave and refrigerator to heat up snacks for lunch or dinner. The restaurant menu was small,...

Enjoyed soothing hot springs pools even when rain started. Cabin with two comfortable beds & fully equipped kitchen was perfect for our home cooked dinner and breakfast. Loved the front porch. Didn't use dining facility. Friendly, informative front desk personnel.

Comfortable cabin. Worth the price for the resort-guest-only hour at 8 a.m. to access the pools at their cleanest and least crowded. Shower room and pools appeared clean in the a.m., not so much in the evening. We did use the pools in the evening. People were nice, it was relaxing, but it was hard not to look at the...

We spent two days at this resort, giving ourselves a "relaxation mandate". My wife and I enjoyed the hot springs soaks we took. We both got massages there on site and the therapist was first. We did get a little lost on our hike past Sol Such Falls ... suggest you obtain a hiking map if you want to explore...

It's curious that in a such a scenic area that the pool designers have gone out of their way to prevent you from taking in much of surrounding beauty. Fencing and hording of people into two small heated pools near the main building and fencing don't do much to inspire. Yes, the water is a bit gross, due to the...

In reading all of the reviews prior to my trip, I got that sinking feeling in my stomach that I had done a bad thing in booking a stay at this place. But overall, I was pleasantly surprised. First off, yes - resort is an overstatement! I would not call it that at all. It is nicer than other WA...
