Great place to stay within Sequoia National Park. Close to many great day trip hiking trails and big trees! Hotel has some quirks. While they have you sign acknowledging "bell service" nobody seems to be around to help and one leaves the front desk thinking... I've got this, no biggie. Doh... the parking lot is pretty far off from the... More

The location of the lodge is very nice but the rooms can do with some upgrading. especially the carpets and the curtains. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The food at the peaks restaurant was good. We booked ahead and requested a king bed but we got two queens instead which was a little disappointing. overall experience... More

The setting for the lodge and the experience staying in Sequoia National Park was very fine. However the cook at the lodge needs better training in getting the food out of the kitchen at the proper temperature. It happened at four meals we ate in the restaurant even after speaking with the food and beverage manager. Also, the lighting at... More

The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I like that they have written information about the national park. The people that work there were very friendly and nice. They have a lot suggestions about how to enjoy my visit and the food was good.

The Lodge was actually a little better than I expected considering it is a lodge in the middle of a National Park. The Lobby area and restaurant are very nice. The rooms are down the road and are (2.5 -3 stars) You should know that you have to park and walk a distance to your room. This is a bit... More

Great views and location. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant. The meals in the dining room were very good. The boxed lunch for our day in the park was delucious and huge! The only thing I was disappointed in was that my stay wasn't longer.

When visiting Sequoia National Park, hotels and lodging is limited. We opted to stay at the Wuksachi Lodge based on its reviews and recommendations. We arrived late at night and checked in and found our way to our room (in a hotel block a short walk/drive from the Reception building). Our room was cosy and what we expected for a... More

We were happy to have a Travel Zoo special for this place which we had visited once about 8 years ago. It is lovely inside and out! We especially enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious and special. We learned that reservations ARE required and even if you have one you must wait for them to seat you... More

Loved our visited to Wuksachi Lodge! It was much more than we could have imagined inside of a park and a great deal on Travelzoo! The room was huge with a very comfortable bed along with a sofa and chairs. Our deal on Travelzoo included a breakfast buffet for an amazing price. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!
