This place is amazing! It looks like something out of the Dirty dancing movie. They offer so many activities and everything is all inclusive ! We only stayed one night but I can easily see myself staying the whole week there. I was there with my husband and my cousin but I can see that this place is perfect for... More

We stumbled on this accommodation as it was one of a few limited options along the route we were taking on a road trip. We travelled as a couple, and it was great, but I would love to bring my children back here. The included meals were delicious, with both indulgent and healthier options. The facilities were fantastic - and... More

We were due to travel over Yosemite to Mammoth but the Tioga pass was closed, instead we decided to head down to the Sequoia Forest. Whilst travelling down we searched for places to stay and Montecito popped up. It is located in the most spectacular of positions. Accommodation was as expected but the bed was super comfy! All meals and... More

Very comfortable , not at all elegant, but lots of fun. Abundant food, even sack lunches for your hikes. This is important since there are very few restaurants in the Parks! We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for checking out the sights.

This lodge is an interesting place to stay. Meals in the communal hall are included in the price. It is a great place for families because of this. There are also activities and various facilities to keep the kids occupied. A relaxing place to stay. "Take your time and walk slowly. You are at altitude." Is what one of the... More

When we made reservations we didn't know what to expect however, we planned to spend two days hiking and sightseeing Kings Canyon NP so we needed a place inside the park to stay. As we drove up to the lodge we thought "Well this is a little different than what we expected it looked like a camp ground for scouts... More

What a great spot! The main lodge, where the meals are served was fantastic. Nothing fancy here, but such warmth by having all the guests mingle at the tables, huddle by the fireplace, or just watch the kids play ping pong or fuzzball. The cabins and rooms are simple, but super clean. We had a great time while visiting Sequoia.

The lodge is located at the ideal location if you want to visit sequoia and Kings canyon national park. This is a resort inside a national park so set you expectations right. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They provide free Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner which is great as there are not many options available inside the park. Food was... More

Thank you so much for your kind review! I did want to mention that you are correct about our Wi-Fi being slow during peak periods. Due to our remote location, we are primarily reliant on satellite Wi-Fi, which is much slower than the Wi-Fi most folks are used to at home (unless they too live in a remote location). We... More

Our room was tiny, sheets had numerous spots, bed uncomfortable, bathroom also tiny & didn't feel clean. Free wi-fi worked soooo slow that we couldn't do anything. During check in we were told that dinner & breakfast were included. The problem was that we checked in after 7 pm, but by 7:30 pm food was removed...we barely had time to... More
