Hi there, I do not know, but the Zion shuttle goes into Springdale, the closest town to the park. From there, perhaps one of the local hotels has a shuttle or there is airport shuttle service from town that your daughter can... More

Don’t know about winter. We ate in restaurant in Lodge in April.
