Room was with poor amenities. The heater doesn't work at all when we were there and the temperature was 13 degrees Celsius. Although room states it was for 4 persons, I suspect that the 'queen beds ' were actually super single beds as we could not even fit 2 pillows. No cabinet to put clothes and the breakfast consists of...

If u dont expect anything then everything is ok. The hotel is really close the restaurants. U can go to there from second floors. The restroom smells bad and the hot water mix cool water. I think is because of they use traditional water heater, gas. They offer the car spaces in front of the hotel. Again, Dont expect anything,...

Good: Location, sunrise wake up call came really in handy, spoke English, were very nice at the counter and free breakfast, even if the breakfast is so so, it is also convenient. The not so good: Bed is clean but walls are dirty, shampoo smells horrible. Check-in is a little too late (3pm)

The quality of my review is limited as I arrived at 6 pm and left at 6am (Off to climb Mt Yushan.) The hotel is basic" I had a large room with 2 queen beds. Bathroom OK, shower good with hot water. I couldn't find a heater. I didn't really need it but wonder what it would be like in...

The hotel is located inside Alishan National Park so it's walking distance to the train station (however be prepared for a short ascending walk). A 7-11 convenience store is located between the hotel and the train station. A few restaurants (mostly steamboat) are nearby too. Be prepared for around usd8- usd12 pax. The room is very small and basic. However...

To watch sunrise in Alishan, most dont have a choice but to stay overnight in Alishan. Wasn't expecting much but was really disappointed when we got to the room. The rooms had no heater and given that it's up in the mountain, it does get quite cold at night. The toilets smells and there were mould on the shower curtains...

My family and I stayed in this hotel for the early sunrise next morning. We booked this hotel as in the official website the rooms looked quite decent in the photos. In reality the room was nothing like the photos in the website. The white blanket was in a dirty drawer we took it out and saw red dots all...

Most hotels in Alishan Forest Recreation Area are clustered around the same place. We chose this hotel are it is one of the cheapest, although the price was quite high in Taiwan standards. If you are coming for the first time, it is easier to enter from the front of the hotel. Follow the road on the left of the...

The hotel is in a good location for getting the sunrise train and it is very cheap. There is no hot water in the evening so don't count on a shower when you arrive. Don't bother with the breakfast - just go to 7 11. The room was so so cold - OK under the duvet but you'll need some...
