We were originally booked at Holiday Inn, but our room was downgraded and there was construction going on, plus Hilton guests were using the facilities too, so we opted for Springhill Suites. We booked a suite with 2 queens and a pool/gulf view, and the view didn’t disappoint. The hotel has 3 heated pools, a hot tub, and a pretty good tiki bar. Free breakfast each morning too, and access to the beach. Room was clean and got cleaned every other day. If you needed something in the interim, they provided it promptly. We still found the hotel to be near everything Pensacola Beach offers.

Only spent 1 night here, but that 1 night was grand. For the holidays, my family and I do a seafood boil, and we buy fresh seafood from Joe's Patti, and this hotel was in close proximity to the market. Close to many restaurants, the beach, and other activities. Loved the view. The room was super spacious. The beds were on opposite sides of the room, so we didn't feel overcrowded or too close. I will definitely book this hotel again if we happen to come back in Dec of 2023. Loved everything about the room and location.

Spent four nights here with my husband and 10 month old baby and had a great time. The best part was that the pools were heated and felt nice and warm while the air temperature and breeze did not feel like typical swimming weather. We spent a lot of time in the spacious kid pool. We had a second floor ocean view/pool front room. At first I thought I would have preferred a direct gulf facing room but since we spent a good amount of time in the room while the baby slept it was nice to still be close to the pool action while also enjoying a view of the gulf. The room was super clean and felt fresh, which is hard to come by in that humid environment. We loved the pool bar, very friendly bartenders and tasty drinks. The hotel breakfast was typical for a Springhill Suites. Fresh and pleasant, but easy to grow tired of it after several days. Other than breakfast there is no restaurant at the hotel but it is within walking distance to multiple restaurants. We used a hotel crib for our baby, which was a pack and play with a very worn mattress and an ill fitting sheet that I was uncomfortable using since it was loose. If we visit again we will bring our own travel crib from home. We did not really need any services from the front desk but they didn't seem all that helpful. The only thing I asked was to call a cab to the airport and they gave me a card for someone to call so I just ordered an Uber instead. It was fine, but if you tend to rely on the hotel to assist with recommendations or assistance I just didn't get that vibe here. Also, I'm not sure if it was because of the timing around spring break but the clientele was almost exclusively families with young children. My wife and I were traveling from Texas to Georgia and decided to stop in Pensacola Beach for our anniversary. I called the hotel and asked for some chocolate covered strawberries for the room when we arrived. The front office manager “Jamie” setup the room with the strawberries and couple other great touches that started our anniversary weekend off great. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel was welcoming and had friendly staff from management to the associates.

Agree with Randy K. The setting right on the beach was extraordinary. Clean and loved the balcony looking onto the white sands. Thank you too for the pool heaters - we took advantage of that. Free parking - and a couple small but nice restaurants right across the street.

This is one of the very best run hotels that we have stayed with in 55 years of marriage and travel. They have it all. Best breakfast bar we have ever seen. Rooms are outstanding. 3 Swimming pools. Great hot top. Super location. Perfect beach. So good we must go back in for 2023. Love this place.

The place isn't perfect, but it's just a notch below. Large comfortable rooms, nice heated pools, good workout room, and free parking and breakfast. A breakfast that isn't terrible either with real eggs, sausage and waffles. The young ladies helping are friendly, another plus. They don't clean your room every day which is a cost saving measure that I'm not fond of. Every 3rd day is fine I guess, but daily freshening up would make your room feel cleaner in my opinion. Our room had two TV's, a microwave , a small fridge and a safe. And to be fair, it was clean. The bathroom is on the smaller side though. Also, you can use your Netflix account on their tv's, so that's a plus, though Chromecast would be better. The best thing is the location is walkable to the beach (obviously) and some shopping and plenty of nice restaurants. A definite plus to me, because who wants to drive everywhere just to find something to eat! Recommended! …

Hotel has 2 pools and a children's wade in "pool". Very happy they had 2 as there was a family or group of 12 or so children that got in the pool and or hot tub at 7 am and never left. Very rude, splashed fought with each other and no one from Marriott said anything to them. The dad occasionally would yell at them. Bar staff was great. Hotel has no restaurant, So you have to go out for your meals, they do serve breakfast.Get the pool view room. Sunsets are beautiful. And you see the beach also.

excellent stay at this new Springhill Suites. 3 heated pools, right on the beach. Great Tiki bar open 10am - 10pm daily. No food service though. Breakfast was substantial and the coffee was spot on. All the housekeeping staff did a great job, front desk staff helpful. Bars and restaurants walking distance. I will be returning. Thank you for a great stay Sept 25th - sept 28th 2022.

Very comfortable stay. Totally within budget. We had a view to the bay. The back directly accessed the Pensacola beach where you can chill out in the mornin after the free breakfast. There is fridge and microwave in the room. Very clean and customer friendly. Free Hot breakfast with lots of options (scrambled eggs, bagel, cereals, nice oatmeal, fruits, waffles for vegetarians).
