We booked this hotel for a long weekend. We learned of the construction and pool being closed just before our arrival. Fortunately, the check-in clerk (Ebony) was very friendly and understanding of our doubts. Our room was upgraded to a beach overview instead of overlooking the messy pool construction. Although there were some inconveniences, we enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast (located in a ballroom type area) and picked up drinks from the bar (also relocated). The pool access next door at the Holiday Inn was easy to navigate and they had a nice beachfront bar for food and drinks. Overall, our room was nice, clean and had a great view! The staff was trying very hard to make everyone happy in a difficult situation! We look forward to going back to see all the improvements!…

Having had the pleasure of being of service to the hospitality industry for over fourteen years, I do like to consider myself a discerning customer. For those of you looking for quality accommodations, exceptional service, plentiful amenities and delectable food and beverage, look no further than the Hilton Pensacola Beach. My family and I had the pleasure of staying seven nights at this property and our only single regret was not being able to stay longer. This hotel was top-notch in every facet. From being greeted promptly and kindly by Cason upon pulling under the porte-cochere to the smooth check-in thanks to Jamie, our stay was already off to a great start. First impressions are everything and these two gentlemen went above and beyond during our entire stay, and I cannot thank them enough for their warm hospitality. We had the pleasure of having an appetizer and a few beverages from H20 while passing time in the lobby and Grace was so welcoming and hospitable to all of us, especially our two children. Thank you, Grace, for your kindness throughout our entire visit. Once we got to our room, we were absolutely amazed at how spacious and clean our accommodations were. We had the pleasure of staying in a two-queen bed, junior suite with bunk beds and a gulf view. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Throughout our stay, housekeeping service was available upon request. Each and every day we received fresh towels and the staff was always punctual, arriving around the exact same time each day. This made things much easier and predictable so we could plan our activities accordingly. The staff at Lazy Days Beach Service were very accommodating. We rented beach chairs for the day twice and the staff made sure we had everything we needed and also made sure our chairs were secure while leaving for lunch on both occasions. Thanks to Nick and Logan for all of your assistance. There were several associates in F&B that made all of our dining experiences a great one as the food and drinks were always delicious and prepared accordingly. Many thanks to Justine, Mike, Brian, Jessica, Rebecca, Megan (the latter three who got us our caffeine each morning!) I know I might be forgetting a few names (though Jonathan P, Preston and Huyen all just popped into my head – thank you guys!) but all of the hardworking associates here at the Hilton Pensacola made sure our first time to visit will not be our last. we booked through booking which is why i guess hilton didnt feel the need to get back to us nor care that we didnt have heat in our room...the hotel was under construction and it was very cold and we didnt have any heat in our room we called the front desk , we slept in our coats the next night we were finally moved to another room at 10pm. we still paid almost 300 a night. we called the hilton several times about a credit for another time but never got a call back

This is one of those vacations that make you feel you wasted your time, money, opportunity, etc. We booked this hotel for a long awaited weekend thru another site but looking at this site and others there was no (zero) notification of the construction going on. Only on the plane ride over when I looked a the Hilton site did I see the notification about the construction, albeit with no dates. When we checked in we were told just about ALL amenities were closed, including the outdoor pool, spa, bar, food, but in addition the room phones didn't work, there were no soft drinks available on the first floor, all yours for $350/night. WOW, sweet deal. They were kind enough or should I say the Holiday Inn was nice enough to allow us use of their pool. I would also say based on the many patches in the pool surface, Hilton cannot afford to do it correctly so, IMHO, this property is striving more mediocrity. When we asked for a late check out, knowing how upset we were, they gave us an extra hour. Now that makes it all better, Stay away for quite awhile.…

The property was completely under renovation and did not resemble the photos on the website. We asked for a refund and were told we could not get a refund because we booked with Expedia. We were charged $400 a night. The advertising is deceptive.

The Hilton in Pensacola delivered an incredible guest experience in every way. It's location on the beach was spectacular. Great views of the pier and beach from the guest room. The room itself was incredibly spacious and well appointed. The meeting space was spacious and well appointed. The food and beverage staff fed us like kings! Top notch experience in all aspects. The down pillows are as good as mine, and the beds are great. Breakfast was very good and the grits are a special treat. Facility is clean and very nice. The views are great and the staff are attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The staff, management, everyone at hotel is so nice. Even though there was construction going on I would stay again. Such customer service! My transport person to airport- Freddie really amazing. :).
