The customer service at this hotel is amazing by everyone we encountered. Especially by Jason who made our stay unforgettable. The hotel does look newer. In a great location right on the ocean. Breakfast was also very good with a great variety. We can’t wait to stay here again. Very surprised at the whole experience since Holiday Inn Express is a 2 star hotel. We have stayed at 4 star hotels that weren’t close to our experience including the location and the look of the hotel.

Hotel's Favourite
Pensacola Beach has become our favorite getaway destination. We have stayed at multiple hotels but this is hands down our first choice. We've stayed here before, are back again and have enjoyed 9 nights, and, if we have the opportunity, will be back! The facility is modern, clean, and laid out perfectly for a great stay. Each room faces the beach and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Right on the beach, we had the choice of enjoying the beach or hanging out poolside. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach and can be charged to the room. Towels, chairs and everything needed are available poolside. Bicycles are now available for rent right here on property for those who might desire another fun activity. Breakfast was hot and great. Plenty of choices. Menu varied on different days. We are gluten free and there were plenty of options. Of all of the amazing and enjoyable features, the best by far was the staff. Helpful, personable, professional, they went the extra mile to make sure guests were served well and had a great time. Cudos to Jason and crew! Thanks for an incredible experience! Great hotel. Nice location away from all the crowds. Beach is beautiful-so nice to face the gulf and have a balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts we’ve had. Adequate room with decent space. Very clean. Nice pool area. Easy parking. Would recommend highly.

This hotel probably doesn’t need my review, it seems to be doing just fine, and is a popular spot. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Great location for exploring Gulf Island National Seashore and surrounding areas. All rooms face the ocean, so great view from every room. Every room has a balcony with two chairs and a little table. We sat out there for our morning coffee. Rooms are nice.y laid out, tho a little on the small side. Four people in these rooms would be a stretch. For two it was perfect. Flat screen TV, Keurig, microwave, fridge, and beautiful view! Breakfast is good, lots of choices, though breakfast area is a little tight for space. They have a beautiful patio where you can sit outside and eat breakfast. The beach here is spotless and the sand is like sugar. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very nice!!! We really enjoyed this hotel. The location right on the beach is beautiful, the staff was very pleasant, the rooms were new, and the breakfast was really good. Nice to go off season as well as it was really quiet on the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with awesome views. Breakfast was great. My only compliant…paper thin walls. Can seriously hear every conversation in the next room. It is connecting room but still. I shouldn’t be able to hear every word they say. Great hotel. Just remember to bring ear plugs!

We stayed in this hotel once before Covid and loved it. Now it's even better. There were many great touches, like the lace curtains leading to the balcony with patio furniture overlooking the beach. There was a nice long desk and a long bathroom counter for toiletries. The thermostat-controlled heat worked well. The towels were large and fluffy. The breakfast was beautifully laid out and the hot oatmeal had ample condiments for it. I have only two suggestions. The bathroom fan turns on when the light switch is turned on. This makes it drafty when showering. It would also be nice to be able to leave the fan running without the light. Also, the shower stall could use another grab-bar. It's necessary to release the grab-bar when adjusting the water temperature, and the tub could be slippery. Overall, this was the nicest, cleanest hotel we stayed in during our 16-day road trip.…

My wife and I stayed here when we went to Florida for our son-in-laws Aviator Winging Ceremony. The Hotel is in a very convenient location, not clumped together with the majority of Hotels/Condos. We loved that all the rooms are oceanfront with balconies. The room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. House keeping kept the room very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the attendant (Sylvia) was friendly and did a great job taking care of everything!

This hotel offers coffee (decaf and regular), it has a wonderful breakfast with a lovely ocean view! I would for sure recommend this to friends and family if they’re here in town for a visit to Pensacola Beach.
