If you are looking for a relax ing joureny, please dont opt for this. The reception will b closed around 8pm.dont expect any help from the reception in term of carrying the luggage. I was pregnant and have 4yr daughter. We had ti carry everything to the room either by stairs or walk up the road. Breakfast is just white rice and Beans and dry bread roast.washroom is too small for one to stay. Please dont go if you are travelling with family.. Good only for solo travellers.

Whether you will like it or not is very much dependent on your expectation. The place is not your typical classy/hotel standard type resort. It’s really a back to the nature type of rustic resort of the most basic minimum. No fridge in room and don’t expect them to provide you hotel style tooth brush or shower cap. But this is a really nice and quiet “back to the nature” venue where you can enjoy some nature activities like trekking to the waterfall or mountain. Food from their restaurant is good. I had really enjoy the food there. Their fruits and vegetables are fresh. Pse note there is limited data network here. WiFi is only available at the lobby entrance ONLY. But it’s because of this reason, therefore, it is a good place for team building activities. Everyone is uncontactable by phone and thus has little distraction.

We stayed one night getaway. It was interesting kayaking , paint ball shooting. walking around nature. it was great for a night . you need a car to drive out for dinner . There is a swimming pool , some farm animals and a fruit farm . Great for a change from city life.

Came with the fam (10pax) over the weekend. It was pleasant with lush nature surrounding the place. You can really get away from the city as the lobby's wifi is minimal and there's no reception there even if you're roaming, if you're into that kind of thing. Rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. They're more like camping cabins, so it could be fun depending on who you ask. You have to put a deposit at the reception if you want amenities like hot water kettles. Pool could use some cleaning. The activities were slightly disappointing as they needed a minimum of 6 pax or more for certain things and we only had 4 (the older people in our group weren't keen). So we could only do kayaking, paintball and trekking. I feel like it was a bit of a waste, but if you can with a keener large group it could be a lot more fun. (RM30/pax/activity or RM100/pax for 4 activities each) Please drive/have your own transport. It is a 20 minute drive to the city and all the restaurants/ food recommendations. Speaking of, "breakfast buffet" at the resort was atrocious and only the eggs were edible, so i think we dodged a bullet by not going to their RM65/pax bbq buffet. lol Service was alright. Only the young chinese girl knew what she was talking about in terms of restaurant and area recommendations. The indian lady was giving me wrong info like there's a restaurant at the firefly park (there's not, it closed down), and a bit wishy washy about how the activities worked and what time we could do them. All in all we all had a pleasant time, and its not a bad place to go for a short weekend, but its not like it would be my first weekend getaway suggestion.

No public transport. taxi very expensive. Going anywhere require taxi. Resort send us to the waterfall, only 10 mins transport, charge 60RM. if you wanna to see firefly etc, prepare another 100RM+. Might be good for a group of young ppl (self driving). the back yard restaurant is huge.
