Large portions of low-quality food. Friendly service in an anonymous and noisy room. Price higher than food quality. Wine was good. Hotel demodée but clean and with large rooms. Charm of the 50s. Anonymous breakfast. Standard price.

Absolutely horrible. The owner was so rude. Food was awful and the atmosphere is disgusting. The bathroom was filthy dirty. Did not recommend! When we arrive they woman at the front was extremely rude. Not friendly at all. The menu looks good but the food was cold and chewy. It was not as it was described.

Very traditional Italian hotel: looks run by an extended family (grandad, parents, grown-up children). Lots of trophies and other interesting memorabilia in the public rooms. Bedrooms okay, although chairs a little rickety. Bathroom fine. Very flexible - wasn't a problem that I had to leave earlier than planned. Good breakfast.

A very comfortable one night stay in this traditional, family-run albergo. A decent sized room and a good dinner and breakfast. A welcome stop on the GEA walking path after a long day along the ridge from Corno alle Scale. We were well stocked up with fruit and cheese for the next day's stage.

Very good hotel. Had our dinner there and the staffs are very friendly and even offered us free northern Italy bread with usual plain bread . The room is big spaces also. Hotel is just 100M away from the ski area. Just to make it 200 character for this comment.

What a great place to stay close to town and the slopes.Rooms are comfortable if a bit dated Restaurant is great a large menu with a great selection. One of the best in Abetone with out a doubt What makes this place a must stay is the hospitality of the owners who go to great lengths to make your stay a great one. The family pets were a higlight the friendliest cat you could find and a good natured retriever add to the family friendly feel of the hotel. I will be a repeat visitor with out dout.

The price was fair for a nice room with a view over the mountains and a god Italian meal with homemade specialities and local ingredients. Really good service and a nice family run hotel. Design and interior: expect to be back in the 70-80s with Italian mountain style. It's really unique and gives you a friendly family feeling. You feel the glory of the town history as popular a skiing area.

A small family run hotel, in a historical building in the core of Abetone. Close to the lifts and the learning area, very convenient if you or your kids are starting in ski. You may just ski and forget all the rest! Staff is amazingly kind and helpful in providing you with all the support and information you may need, the kind of hospitality you don't find in most hotels nowadays. The property is somewhat older but with a charming, countryside house-like touch. Very nice window views. Heating and all facilities worked fine during our stay. The restaurant is excellent: food always tasty, generous portions and correct prices. Very recommended for families.

This property is older and the rooms are spartan , we were there in June and the rooms were freezing. Breakfast was average. Our friends room has a strong smell of sewage. Clean enough, and not too expensive. Nice view.

Cordiali Saluti La Direzione
