We spent two days here in early February. This is a truly four star hotel with spa., swimming pool and golf course. The value for money was exceptional with big rooms and great food in the restaurant. But the highlight for us was the service provided for Coeliacs. The restaurant menues had all the allergenic ingredients numbered for each food...

We visited Castle Dargan for lunch on Sunday as we have many times before. When we asked for a table for 4 Caroline the supervisor found us a seat in reception and promised to have one for us in about a quarter of an hour. Having already been turned away from another venue as we had no reservation we were...

My Girlfriend and I stayed in Castle Dargan as part of a Couples Getaway. We booked through a different company rather than direct from the hotel and the package we got was great. On arrival the hotel looks very nice and appealing with a lovely drive up to the main hotel. We stayed in the hotel rather than the apartments...

Myself and 2 friends are just home from an overnight break! We were quite surprised when we got there as I wouldn't call it a castle at all! We had a spa treatment booked before we checked in and the receptionist was lovely and kept our bags! In the spa the two girls there were absolutely lovely! We had our...

We stayed for two nights. The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The one gripe we had was the food. On our first night we dined in the bar. My wife ordered a Caesar salad with no bacon and extra cheese. When the food arrived it was covered in meat. Our server agreed to bring it back and change it. She confirmed...

Hotel was in a beautiful part of the countryside. Got a voucher of luxury escapes so got a cheap package with a free spa treatment (choice of 2 baths - not worth it really), free cocktail on arrival and a deluxe room. I think the only rooms they have are deluxe rooms, but the room they put us in smelt...
