"Best wedding ever" - so many people said that about Chris and Jemma's wedding and they were right. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Stunning venue, facilities, food. But most of all the staff - they can't do enough for you. If you're wondering if this is a good place to get married, don't think twice, book it! Amazing... More

Two of our close friends got married here and the setting was perfect. The staff at the chateau were highly attentive and arranged everything fantastically. The food was excellent and all of the details that had gone into the planning made it an unforgettable experience

Not a lot to add to other 5 star reviews except, if I could award 6 stars, I would! The quality of the food was especially excellent - hats off to the chef - over all 4 days. Special mention to the staff who were all discreetly present, attentive and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you.

I was invited to participate in a Pilates/wellness weekend with a group of 6 friends. The rooms, grounds and facilities were a perfect blend of calm, elegance and patina. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable but maybe not what you get in a typical 5 star hotel. Still, there was something unique and beautiful everywhere you looked. The staff were... More

We visited here for a friend's 40th birthday. It is fully catered and most of the staff are English. Every meal we ate was like dining at a high end London restaurant. All the rooms are decorated differently and they are all super nice. Lots of arty touches and really luxurious. Great for kids as there is loads of space... More

We stayed here at my friends wedding and they hired the chateaux for the whole weekend. Quite simply spectacular. The staff definitely make the whole experience. The chateaux is gorgeous, home cooked food, very laid back vibe in the most beautiful surroundings, totally perfect!

The Chateau is beautiful, set amongst the vines as far as the eye can see of St Emillion. All bedrooms are large and comfortable, great beds and linen, exceptionally quiet. The new barn is superb for a family or a group. Food is excellent, service discreet with thoroughly nice staff.

My partner and I attended a wedding in August at Chateau Rigaud the venue was beautiful and the happy couple had an amazing wedding day. The gardens are really beautiful and the whole area is surrounded by Bordeaux vineyards. The staff and management were so friendly and really helped make the occasion very special. The Chateau is stunning and you... More

Beautiful setting for my cousin's wedding during the August bank holiday weekend. The ceremony took place outside and the evening reception in the barn. They provided babysitters for the young children. The next day we had a lovely lunch and pool party on-site. The only issue was the children’s' menu was not as agreed on the day, other than that... What a superb time we had at Chateau Rigaud. We never imagined such a fantastic time would be had over the five days we spent there. The facilities were outstanding, the staff helpful, attentive but invisible and the way everything was organised for Ed & Lil's wedding day and the Sunday picnic seemed effortless. They ticked boxes we never new... More
