Can't fault it. Back for another stay after Newmarket races. Great friendly hosts, comfortable rooms, good nights sleep, early morning walk round the local area & back for Bev's scrumptious full English breakfast! What more could you ask for?

Happened to come across The Firs B&B when searching the web for accommodation for an overnight stay for Newmarket races. It was perfect! We'll certainly be booking again. We had the Blue Room which was delightful and an English breakfast which was unbelievable! Congratulations to hosts Adrian and Bev for getting it so right!

just returned from a night at the Firs and it was great. Bev & Adrian are so welcoming and have a lovely home. We stayed in The Suite and you cannot fault it..Clean Comfy and every attention to detail you require. If going to the races ask them for the local taxi number as they also offer 1st class service....

The hosts, Adrian and Bev are lovely people and run a business that is impossible to fault. Large comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms and a freshly-cooked very tasty breakfast make it a super place to stay either on business or pleasure. I stayed for Newmarket races so a visit to The Boot pub popular with racegoers, jockeys and trainers just two...

For us, 'The Firs' is a very convenient stop-off on our occasional trips to Norwich where our daughter has been studying, and back to Surrey. We prefer not to do Norfolk and back in one day. It's always good to manage an early arrival at 'The Firs' so that we can appreciate being there a while before going out locally...

We stayed for one night only after having gone to the races. The rooms were large, very comfortable and clean. Also they'd thought of everything. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. (They also had a very friendly dog!). We always look forward to a full English and this did not disappoint. We would definitely come back.
