Our stay with Jo and Liz was so relaxing- like staying with family but being treated like royalty! The rooms are extremely comfortable and ensured a fantastic nights rest. A must for anyone visiting Carcassonne!

You drive up to a beautiful home in the middle of a vineyard. You are fed great food and drink wonderful wines, are given a lesson in winemaking and secrets from the kitchen. You chat with the hosts Liz and Joe like they are long lost family then retire to your room that has a balcony that overlooks the vines....

Liza and Joe are hosts extraordinaire! They have this 'yin-yang' relationship that is so fun to be around. They share stories but aren't in your face like you worry about with b&b's. (We went in May 2013 but I'm late in writing this, the drop down selection only let me select 2014. I remember it all like it was yesterday)...

My wife and I visited O Vineyards during the beginning of October, a busy time for the vineyard operations with the new vintage already harvested and wine making in full swing. Joe toured us through the vineyard and wine making process. He tailored his tour to suit the knowledge level of the group sharing his wine acumen when prompted. Not...

Our third stay with Liz and Joe. The hospitality and comfort of the room is as good, if not better, than ever. We had a room with a balcony, overlooking the vines. What a peaceful place to contemplate the world upon waking up!

I was surprised with a night's stay at O'Vineyard by my boyfriend and had a fantastic evening with Joe showing us around his vineyard, introducing us to the wines with Liz delivering a fabulous five course dinner. It was a great concept to be dining at a large table with the two Japanese families who had also booked for dinner...

They treated me like their daughter it was really comfortable. The room was big and clean. It was a pity I couldn't bring a lot of their wine to my home.

I've stayed with O'Vineyards B&B on a few occasions. I cannot recommend it enough. Great views, welcoming hosts and lovely rooms (good beds and en suite bathrooms). Located in the middle of a stunning vineyard with amazing views, it is also close enough to Carcassonne town for visitors (worth going!). It's simply a great place to stay. The owners (Liz...
