We spent 3 nights at Chrislin and in our opinion there is very little to fault. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our Sunset Lodge was perfect and very clean. The food was excellent as were the restaurant staff. We booked a full days Safari through their company and we were really pleased with the exceptional day we had...

Lin was a warm and friendly host to our party. The food was superb. The staff were all excellent - friendly and very helpful. The pool was refreshingly welcome. The gardens were beautifully tended and we had a wonderful stay. The beds were huge, the sheets cool, crisp & clean. We stayed in the luxury Rondavel Huts, which were spacious...

This is an excellent place to stay for relaxing and visiting the Addo Elephant Park. Rachel greeted us on our arrival and was very friendly as was all the staff. We booked one of the sunset rooms which is a thatched semi detached spacious room with a local African feel. The room was spotlessly clean with an en suite bathroom...

The African huts are very beautiful, spacious and surprisingly cool even without A/C (39 °C outside, inside just over 20 °C). The staff is super friendly and try to fulfill all Special requirements. My wife was ill (stomach) and one of the staff spend her private packet soup so that she could restart to eat. For dinner they cooked her...

We really enjoyed our three nights here, the mud huts are simple but comfortable with fans to keep them cool and the grounds around the place are lovely. Although you cannot get wifi in the rooms there is good reception round the swimming pool area. The restaurant is very good and as the lodge is down a fairly long roughish...

We had a comfortable two night stay here making use of Crisscross adventures who picked us up and took us in to Addo for a whole day (highly recommended). The mud huts are basic but have everything you need and we slept well. Breakfasts and dinners were pretty good. I would stay again.

Highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to visit Addo. The breakfast (eggs in particular) was immense. The accommodation itself is first class, they have created a truly authentic place for their guests. The service is brilliant and they are always available to help. And the in-house pets are awesome (particularly the 2 German Shepherds)

Perfect Accomodation for trips into Addo Park, good breakfast, clean and very friendly. The option to book the dinner is something you should´t miss. The host Madi is super helpful and happy to give you tips for the surrounding. If you´re planning to drive into Addo Park by yourself, i made very good experiences to go through the south gate...

We were looking for accommodation close to Addo and chose Chrislin because of its good reviews. We were not disappointed. My only reservation was that we arrived on a hot day, the curtains were open and the room baking in the hot summer sun, and there was no air conditioner in the room. We managed to escape to the east...

Chrislin African Lodge is unlike any other accommodation I have ever stayed, but is probably one of the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and even the animals provide entertainment. Jack the German Shephard took a liking to my boyfriend and he often guarded us when we ate and slept outside our hut! The huts are fabulous to...
