They have thought of everything right down to the little details. It is one of those rare places that everything is just right. Friendly, clean, spacious, great breakfast, wifi, great coffee etc.. If I am back in this end of the woods again, I will definetely be booking here!

My husband and i stayed at Copper Beeches for 2 nights on 28/29 August 2012. We were met by Lance, Sally-Ann's husband, who is a lovely friendly approachable man, who nothing was too much trouble. The room and bathroom are immaculate and very spacious and the bed very comfy, it had a feather duvet, so if allergic you would need...

The quiet location of Copper Beeches, whilst only two minutes from the excellent Waldgrave Arms, is one of its attractions, another being the ability to get away from mobile phone addicts and enjoy what is surely the best breakfast in the land in peace. Vegetarians are well catered for too and Sally Ann and Lance are both friendly and helpful...

just had my 3rd. stay at this b&b,Lovely stay in very comfortable surroundings,yet again excellent breakfast,immaculate bathroom,and luxury touches in the room. Sally -Ann goes the extra mile to make sure her guests are well looked after.Will be returning again later in the year

Very poor mobile phone signal, so i had to check out after 1 night as i need my phone for my job. Apart from that : - Internet connection was good. Good breakfast. Nice Host Room was clean and nicely decorated I was given a twin room for single occupancy. Good price. The only reason i would not stay here...

I stay here with a group of friends every February and Sally-Ann is a fantastic host meeting all out needs and making us feel welcome every time. Rooms are more than comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. in fact Sally-Ann has great interior design taste throughout the house. The breakfast is full english cooked to order and light. This b&b is excellent, the rooms are immaculate and very comfortable,with luxury touches. Breakfast has everything you could want,and is served well cooked and hot. Sally-Ann is very hospitable and friendly,the house is set in beautiful grounds in a quiet location.We enjoyed our 2night stay there,and plan to go again later in the year. Barbara&Duncan

We spent just one night at Copper Beeches, but we really enjoyed the beautiful house, the comfortable rooms, the good meal at the nearby pub and the perfect breakfast the next morning. We would like to thank Sally-Ann for her warm hospitality and we will certainly suggest her b&b to all our friends. Dory, Jo, Misha and Jessy

We were delighted with our stay, comfortable room, lovely touches (including cotton wool in the bathroom and lovely products) and delicious breakfast. Cannot recommend highly enough. The location is stunning, you breakfast upstairs with lovely views and the owners go out of their way for you and clearly are passionate about providing a high quality service! If i'm ever back...

The room was very clean and comfortable. Sally-Ann is very helpful, always happy to answer questions and even provided plates and cutlery when we decided to eat in the garden one night. There is a lockable bike store for which we were given are own key. In the communal area there is a fridge/freezer which guests can use and in...
