Great setting and a lovely old hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. The food was lovely and could not be faulted. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The area has a lot to offer in the way of walking and sight seeing. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice and full of character, set in a beautiful village. It is a shame that the hotel's guest rooms did not share the same character as that of the hotel. They were situated behind the hotel, and, although functional and clean, they were more like small chalets (without cooking facilities) than guest rooms. We have stayed...

Seven of my family met up here as we do from time to time and it seems to get better and better. The choice of meats was wide and vegetarian options good The ample servings of fresh vegetables were welcome as were the extra dishes of roast potatoes, condiments etc etc. All the staff are friendly and helpful even though...
