From the minute we entered cottage 4 at the BallyCanal Cottages it felt like a home. As you go in through the French doors from your parking space you are in the living area which is very spacious and included two sofas, two reclining arm-chairs, a dining table to seat 6 and a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons....

This was going to be a difficult Christmas for us, following the sudden death of my mother in July. To our family, she is Mrs Christmas and for more than the past 20 years, my children have only known Christmas at her home in Ballinderry. However, basing ourselves at Ballycanal Cottages could not have been better. We carried out our...

Bright, light spacious cottage, ideal for our short break visiting family. Lounge area was very comfy with plenty of seating. WiFi signal was strong - an added bonus for our 2 teenage daughters! Apart from breakfast, we didn't really eat in (or cook) but the kitchen seemed very well equipped. Bedrooms were large with enough storage space. Welcome pack of...

We had Cottage 2 (Canal cottage) booked by friends of ours due to last minute change of plans. On arrival we were greeted by Christina who was extremely friendly and helpful. The cottage was in pristine condition with everything and more that you could ever require. Every room was spacious, clean with modern high range decor. A quirky feature of...

A large group of us stayed here for a family wedding. The large manor house was perfect for the bulk of the family and the breakfast room provided a perfect space for singalongs, drinks and laughs. Smaller arms of the family stayed in the nearby cottages, well within walking distance. The cottages were well equipped, quiet, comfortable and furnished to...

Stayed for 5 nights while attending the Ulster Grand Prix races. We had 2 of the cottages between our group and it worked out cheaper than staying in a hotel, with much more for our money.
