The room was quite dirty. Despite of Covid protocol I found that telephone, TV remote controller, light switches was definitely not cleaned. In addition to this the restaurant was an experience. We were literally pushed out from the two waiters at 21:58 because the restaurant was supposed to close at “ten o’clock”, very disappointing.

The rooms are adequate, the food is ok. Its not an international hotel, its an Italian hotel for Italians. The rooms are ok, the food passable and the friendly staff make it bearable. But as a business traveller, the PUSHKIN Uralsk, AKSAI Residence Aksia and the River Place Atyrau, all suffer by being design by someone who obviously dosent understand the business traveller. I have a large desk in my room, but nowhere to plug my laptop, all the sockets are on the other side of the room, the same for the other "Renco" hotels. What idiot designed a hotel where there are no plug sockets at the desk. The bed is in direct line to the heating/Ac and hence leave the occupant open to chills or dryness. Its simple, switch the rooms around, put the bed where the desk is and the desk where the bed is and you solve both issues of alignment to the Ac and plug sockets with which to work. The basis on which these hotels work is they are mainly the only choice in town and are arrogant, it will only take a truly international operator to open a real business hotel and they will have their arse kicked.

Stayed 1 night when there was flight issues from URA airport. Checkin was efficient, staff are friendly & the pace is clean/tidy. Beds are quite hard but for a night this is ok. Restaurant is nice, quick service. Food is better quality than i expected. Wifi is free & good speed. Staff speak English which is nice as my Russian extends to pleasantries only. Check out seems slightly less efficient than check in but all in all a positive experience.

There are smarter hotels on Almaty, but not in Urask. The staff are eager to please and attend to requests swiftly. Good showers, comfy beds, fast wifi and English TV. Second floor room to the back of the hotel offers a clean and comfortable night's sleep. The onsite restaurant is surprisingly good.

This hotel is ok, it’s clean and modern and the restaurant is very good. Trust me I have been to the other “best” hotel in Uralsk and it sucks. Staff here are accommodating and it has a fitness room, restaurant feels a bit classy to. I have steak and it’s was good!

Staying on the 1st floor is like staying in the street. You can not move curtains unless you want pedestrians and drivers in the street see you in your room. The lightning in the night is so strong that even when the curtains are closed there is still some light in the night. Avoid ordering fish in the restaurant we got poisoned. I have no idea about other food because we avoided the rest.

Pushkin hotel is a neat hotel in Uralsk. Rooms are not big but they are equipped with all you need. Clean bathroom and good shower. The only issue with temperature control ( also elsewhere) is that in order to cool the room in winter there’s no other option than to open the window. Good breakfast selection as well.

Please consider some other place, it's for sure exists. First of all, it's crazy to pay this money (100$) for the small room in the max 3* hotel in a small town like Uralsk. Secondly, the rooms are really small, you will not find bath in the room, just a shower And all inside is old and cheep looking Breakfast is more than average Yes, and the most slow elevator in the universe! Yes, and in 5 minutes after entering the room I had a visit of the room service to clean my room... the level of management The good thing is that the hotel is in the very center of the city and well known as the good one. I personally think it is not

My second stay here. Good hotel in Uralsk, friendly and helpful staff, clean and pleasant rooms, continental style breakfast. The restaurant is Italian themed and the food is very good and reasonably priced.

It's quite a long way by taxi from the airport to the hotel, but there were no problems checking-in. While there, I found that the hotel is in the older part of town, but very near a university and the Pushkin museum. The room and the Wi-Fi were fine. Breakfast was adequate. Get taxis if you want to travel anywhere in the city.
