I stayed here recently during a business trip to Uralsk. The hotel is located in the older part of town, near the university and the historical centre of the city, and so was within walking distance of many museums and other attractions, as well as several restaurants. My group arrived on the morning flight from Astana and were allowed to...

Visited Uralsk for a business trip. Choosed this hotel because of good location & nice atmosphere. More or less it is standard hotel with nice rooms. The service was normal. I reccomend this hotel for a business trip. Elmar

I stayed here for one night in June and found it to be a bit expensive at $87 per night. But it had the secure parking and wifi that I required. The room was nice and spacious, and allowed me to keep an eye on my vehicle that was parked in the secure, guarded parking area behind the hotel. After...

Good quality accommodation with pleasant, helpful English speaking staff. I stayed here for a few weeks at the end of 2009 whilst working in Uralsk. Staff were all very helpful offering good advice and assistance.

Although it was quite some time ago (Feb - April 2008), I stayed at this hotel for almost 3 months. At the time, it was a very clean hotel where I felt safe. The staff spoke English, which was great. The internet at the time was hit and miss, but included in the price. The restaurant was fabulous and reasonably...

I stayed here several years ago. The hotel is in a Good location, clean rooms and reasonable rates, but if you have to eat avoid the restaurant, I had lunch and dinner and regretted both. My pork chops tasted like a sweaty rag, and when I complained the staff did not seem to care. Very disappointing

We stayed here for two nights as part of our motorcycle trip. This ranks as one of the best hotels we stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and well furnished. My room was at the front so did have some traffic noise with the windows open but was otherwise excellent. Breakfast was a...

If you have to stay in Uralsk, there isn't much choice: the Pushkin is pretty much the only hotel available. The size of the rooms and the cleanliness are acceptable and the staff friendly and helpful. The problem is that the hotel is very noisy. I stayed there with three colleagues: I was the only one to get a room...

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and cozy rooms, the ones to the street are somewhat noisy, though. Breakfast average for European standards. Massage service was good. The immigration office is nearby in walking distance. Bring copies of your documents... If it's in your budget range, I recommend staying here.
