I have rarely seen a hotel manager so nasty and far from service oriented. We experienced two days of snappiness. The rooms were not ready at 3pm on day of arrival. I was refused a coffee one minute before breakfast finished. Things like that, in.

The hotel is away from tourist places like Bad Schandau and Rathen. Both as well as Dresden are easily awailable, however, by S-bahn which station (Koenigstein) is in 10 minutes walk. Location is just perfect for relax and taking a breath in silence among most beautiful landscape and views and all other pleasures of Sachsishe Schweiz National Park. Bike may... More

This hotel is in a beautiful rural location, and you really need your own car to stay there. It is fairly old and a bit 'worn', but the welcome is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is truly excellent and the other meals very good. Clearly, the hotel is very well known to German families and is well used by... More

The hotel is perfectly located under the Lilienstein, very quiet (practically no neighbours) with a great look to Königstein. It has a beautiful great garden/terrace. The rooms are perfect, nice, and clean. Easy parking in the hotel own parking lot. The restaurant is worth a visit. It serves best Saxon food at reasonable prices. The chef comes to your table... We were thrilled with our stay at this hotel, which was comfortable, friendly and in an ideal location. Our room, although classed simply as a "Standard Room", was spacious with a pleasant seating area and large bathroom. The whole hotel benefited from a radical make-over after the Communist era, so there is a pleasant dining room as well as a... More

There is nothing wrong with his hotel. We did book through a travel organization. The prize was right, because of the travel organization had an offer of 4 nights stay = 3 to pay. But I have to say that the bathroom was not to call one. It's so small that an average person can't stay in there to do... More

You only have to walk out of the front door and can hike up to Lillienstein,. The Reception, restaurant, breakfast room are tastefully decorated but the rooms !!! On arrival we... More
