The owners were warm, welcoming and helpful, managing a party of fourteen with friendly efficiency. I would certainly return there, using it as a base to explore the beautiful country around Oakamoor and Alton

Many thanks for spending the time to send us a review. It's much appreciated. It's always a challenge dealing with large parties, so it's great to know you were happy with the service we provided. We'd love to see you again some time in the future so you can enjoy the fabulous countryside surrounding us :-) Phil & Helen

I stayed here with my partner whilst on business. The owners Helen and Phil are the most welcoming people that you could meet and the B&B is modern and comfatable. The rooms have an en suite and are extremely comfatable. Breakfast was a full English and I cant complain. It was delicious. A very nice place to stay if you...

We recently stayed in a Triple room, which was a perfect size for our family of three. Our journey up was not the greatest so I wasn’t in the best mood on arrival. However we were met at the door by Phil (& his warm welcome) who instantly went to work removing any stress from the rest of our trip....

Had hoped to stay here last year but unfortunately The Laurels had temporarily closed after a huge sink hole had appeared at the front of the property. It looks like the time has been well spent making this an a very attractive, and convenient place to stay. Plenty of parking and great wifi was a real bonus. We stayed here...

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. It's nice to know you appreciated our large fluffy towels. There's nothing worse than trying to dry yourself on something the size of a handkerchief! ;-) It would be great to see you on a return visit so you can enjoy some of the other attractions nearby.
