Comfortable stay and the rooms are clean but the hotel in general, especially the bathrooms need some work. The hotel generally is a little tired. we stayed for a week. Food nothing exciting. The staff are friendly.

We stayed here for 8 nights with my 7 year old and 10 month old. It was the Ramada then. Great family resort with high chairs. The food was nice with two dining options. The breaky buffet was always great! The pools were lovely especially the one on the beach side, the pool loungers were amazing. The theme night buffets...

Old needs refurbishing. Staff excellent. Spa didn't work. TV and fridge not working when I arrived. Shower was just a dribble - either hot or cold. Had a water leak through ceiling from room above?? Door would not lock a couple of days after checking in. Had to constantly ask to have coffee in room replaced. Other family had villa....

We stayed with several families (17 ppl) for 9 nights at the start of December. A couple of our rooms had to be changed due to issues with maintenance but this was no problem for staff who were always helpful and pleasant. The welcome drink on arrival was enjoyed by our big group. You can borrow International power plugs from...

Breakfast was included with the room, it was nice enough. Our room was run down, the door to the verandah didn't shut properly and the air conditioner was not cool enough, the room was very hot at night without a fan as a back up. The rest of the hotel is also very run down, it needs a lot of...

We had a nice relaxing stay here, I had a standard hotel room which was comfortable with balcony, my brother and his family had one of the newly renovated suites overlooking the main pool which had a huge bedroom, separate lounge area, kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub. The staff here are lovely, we enjoyed the yummy breakfast every morning. Comfy...

We stayed here for a couple of nights in the middle of a jam packed trip. The hotel served a purpose which was for a few days of relaxing in the sunshine but to be honest, wouldn’t rush to recommend the hotel/area to anyone visiting Bali. For us, the hotel and area screamed package holiday. Yes the hotel was nice,...

We are a couple (from Melbourne) and have been here 24 hours now. Staying here 4 more days. so far: ⏺Their airport pickup was 1.5 hours late. ⏺Quality/standard of the rooms and bathrooms are not at their self-rated 4 star standard by any means. ⏺While comfort and service is there - the advertising and online images are not reflective in...
