I have been coming here for drinks for s couple of years. Today I had a meal and was unfortunately very disappointed with the vegetarian platter . The salad vegetables were far from ftesh, the aubergines over cooked and the best item on the plate was the homus. I will not be eating this again.

We had a wonderful Christmas team lunch at the Kew Gardens Hotel: the food was delicious (and very reasonably priced); the service was helpful and friendly; we were very well looked after; the staff checked reguarly if we needed anything; and at no point did we fell rushed. The pub and dining area are very well managed, particularly in terms of covid safety . A specific 'thank you' to Rashaan, the Assistant Manager, who managed our experience from the inital booking through to waving us a goodbye. He was incredibly helpful. Beforehand he answered our questions promptly and professionally, he greeted us when we arrived, whilst we were dining he came to check that we were happy and generally he made sure we had a great time. I will definitely be recomending this pub/hotel to friends and work colleagues.

Stayed in the deluxe double, nice and comfy bed, room and bathroom look smart but on closer inspection a bit tired in places. Lovely clean bed linen and towels. Bit mean with the tea and coffee in the room, only one tea bag each and one milk each day, no biscuits but a small bottle of water each was most welcome. Breakfast was freshly cooked, had full English on first morning and the best sausage butty ever the next morning. Drinks in the bar are expensive so beware although I am told these are London prices.
