We arrived here on a Sunday afternoon. You enter the hotel via the pub: families with little children, men watching soccer, couples chatting. Rooms are bit small, but clean and have very comfortable beds. Such friendly and helpful staff and a nice breakfast is included. On walking distance of Kew Botanical gardens. Richmond and London city center can easily be...

Lovely pub, restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of Kew Gardens, but in between the underground and the gardens. We had a lovely late lunch on way back from visiting the gardens, reasonably priced with table service and in a calm atmosphere. Would incorporate into any future visits to Kew Gardens.

We were looking for a hotel reasonably close to Richmond Station when planning an overnight stop then a day trip into London. Found this hotel on Trivago and it looked worth a try. So glad we did it was my wifes birthday and this hotel was perfect. Almost in the centre of Kew village and minutes walk away from Kew...

Really nice lunch with friends and good value only marred by them charging £2.25 for a lime and soda when we arrived, the wine and food was good value so not sure why they felt the need to over charge on this.

We were visiting the rugby at Twickenham and having a meal with friends the night before and needed an overnight base. This pub proved a fantastic stopover. Our room was big, bight and comfortable, the service was very helpful but the star was the breakfast the next morning. It was amazing! The fruit compote, yoghurt and muesli was a delight,...

I stayed here on business for one night. The room was small but spotless with a comfortable bed however small details were lacking...A horribly cracked tea cup and loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was delicious and the staff, friendly. It is conveniently situated close to the railway station and Kew Gardens.

A good hotel. Central for Kew Gardens & The National Archives. Food was fantastic & served very hot. Breakfast cooked to order. Staff extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Very close to train station for easy access into Central London. Bed very comfy, ensuite very nice & everywhere very clean

We arrived at Kew Gardens Hotel last Sunday evening, we were staying over night as we were attending a family cremation nearby the next morning. There were four of us and feeling sad and tired. We were made feel so welcome by Ciarán, such a lovely and personal way to be greeted on arrival. We had a really nice meal...

Great wee pub hotel. Lovely breakfast with sensible breakfasting hours. Stayed Wednesday to Saturday and was quite quiet. Had a fabulous meal there on the Wednesday. Would stay again. Kew itself is quiet enough but close enough to London to make it an easy trip in.

Thank Carol T
