This is a very warm comfortable and very friendly B and B. Carole is an excellent boast, and makes an excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The B and B is very situated for visiting York.

We were warmly welcomed by the proprietress Carol, and we were shown our spacious room with four-poster bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower. We were also offered cake and tea on arrival, both of which were very welcomed.
