we travelled with goldtrail who refused to take anything to do with our coplaint the hotel was filthy ,the beds were filthy, the staff were appauling the rooms were damp the worst holiday i have ever beemmn on. angry visitor greenock scotland.

Went to the marla, bookes through gold Trail, was told it was a 3 star hotel. Yeah ok, first needed to move rooms we )were put over a noisy front road, ( when we asked not to be put in the front of this hotel) , shower broom and toilet were falling apart, each time we used them rust would...

we got to the marla hotel on 12 sep o8 looked good from out side but rooms ok the bathrooms well thay r bad the toilet is bad walls had black mould on them the staff well thay told some of the residents off for bringing water in but thay did not do it nicely the pool woz bad u...

This place is an absolute dump. There is seldom any warm water and NEVER any hot water, the electric kept going off, the toilets are filthy and leak, the water in the showers comes out dirty brown and floods the bathroom if you like more than a trickle to wash with. This really was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet looked like it had never seen a toilet cleaner, also the taps, Mr Muscles or some other such brand would have made a vast difference.
