This Hotel is warm, clean, and very quiet, and the staff are happy, friendly, and very helpful. We only stayed for one night, but could not have been made more welcome. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room very clean. although it would have been nice to have a second chair, instead of one of us perching on the... From the curtesy call from Sharon on reception asking about the disabled rooms I had asked for. To the lovely welcome when we arrived. To the saying goodbye. Sharon was amazing. Helpful professional kind thoughtful considerate. Some some words to describe this lady. The rest of Premier Inn could learn a lot. the staff were polite friendly helpful. The Brewers... More

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is picturesque with mountains all around. Situated by a main road but couldn't hear any traffic noise. The rooms were clean and spacious and good value for money. Lovely place to stay.

Good location even if near a main road, but no road noise. Staff and facilities very good. Shame having to get wet going to restaurant across car park,to Brewers Fayre. Food good though.. All doors are very noisy closing at night, especially corridor doors..

Very new Premier Inn. Lovely rooms and a very good Brewers Fayre close by, providing good quality food and a reasonable menu. Not far from the location is the Festival Park shopping complex with a range of outlets selling good quality clothing etc at a bargain price. A very comfortable hotel with very obliging staff at the hotel and restaurant.

First time we've stayed in a Premier Inn and so glad we booked. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and rooms clean and tidy, bed comfortable but the duvet was too hot for our stay mid October. Very useful to be so near the railway station that took us right into the centre of Cardiff for the rugby semi-final. Would definitely... More

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the area is very quiet and restful. Had a wonderful short break in the hotel. All four of us slept soundly. The rooms are very clean.

We stayed in the Premier Inn Ebbw Vale for 2 nights in September to watch the rugby in Cardiff. The location of the hotel is excellent for this. It is a few minutes walk to the train station where trains leave every hour for Cardiff. The reception staff were great - very welcoming and even when we arrived very late... More
