Had Sunday lunch here it was stunning, lots of veg to go with your meal and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful can't recommend it enough. Good selection of desserts as well. Parking can be difficult however but there is a number of side streets that you can usually find somewhere to park

We have just got in after dining out at this rather special pub/ restaurant. Even though it is reasonably close to where we live, ( approx 5 miles ) this was the first time we had payed it a visit for quite a number of years. There were 3 of us in our party, celebrating my wife's birthday. We were...

Very polite from all staff. Very professional. Great food. Good portions. Lovely and hot. Very good presentation. Large starters. Plenty of choice. Mains were also good. Nothing too much trouble for the waitress. We were a party of eight and all were very satisfied with food and service. Will definately be returning.

We went to the pub for Sunday lunch. The menu was the usual roasts along with a good selection of other main meals. The staff were all very friendly . It is nice that there is a choice of one two or three courses individually priced. The food arrived quickly and was hot very tasty and plentiful with a lot...

Always good value and friendly, welcoming staff, but an added treat is the introduction of the special menu, which changes fortnightly. The portions are extremely generous and freshly cooked. Proper chips, Hallelujah! We are regulars here and are never disappointed. Well done, all!

Food was beautiful and responsibly priced. Lots of meal choices to pick from. All food was freshly cooked Staff was friendly and helpful. This place is spotless and seemed popular with locals. A place to eat of local or passing!
