House very big just a little old and shower doesn't work well
Location very quite but it is necessary a car for to move but isn't very far from beaches

When arriving to Antigua on the evening we needed a place to stay at before taking the morning flight to the next destination. We chose this place as it it seemed to be located fairly close to the airport and close to the sea, that they stated they could provide transfer to/from the airport , and a fairly low price. The price was correct, but we never managed to get in contact for the transfer, we had to fix it through other channels.
Furthermore the given address of the hotel is not correct. It took our driver quite a long time to find the place, which was located in the middle of the no where. The responsible person at the Suite Serenade had no idea of that we were comming, she had left for the day, but when we called her for finding our way to the place she went back to the establishment. It also turned out this was not a hotel, but more like some kind of holiday self-catering apartments. I found the place quite shabby, with a lot of ants running around on the floor and a mouse trap in one of the rooms.
It was okay for just one night stop-over, but I would not recommend this place.

My husband and I visited Suite Suite in April of 2014. I had a great time! Mr. Browne, the manager, was very responsive to all our requests in a timely manner. He called from time to time to check on us and gave information on "best places" to see and visit. I highly recommend Suite Serenade to anyone visiting Antigua.

Excelente el trato del Sr Browne y el lugar es tranquilo lo recomiendo ampliamente, esta cerca de la playa Dickenson Bay y si no posees carro el bus llega cerca por lo cual te puedes trasladar sin inconvenientes, adicional posee un automercado como a 15 minutos en carro

I have booked this apartment in October and on the checkin day they informed me, our room is gone. They can give me another room, which was half size.
The only what he told me: Take this room for the same price, or leave it.
Trust me, people in Antigua are so friendly, i love it here. But this guy was rude, unfriendly - pity i cant write "bad" words in here.
Ive booked it on a booking website, where the address was wrong and even the telephone number didn't exist.
I would not recommend it at all.

Mr. Michaelmyshu, Please accept my apologies for the fifth time for the unfortunate mix-up. "Rude" is the last word anyone who knew me would use to describe me. Again, this is what happened, Suite Serenade is a small property. The 3 bedroom unit assigned to you suffered damages to the tiles in several areas due to a storm about a week before you were slated to arrive. I tried every day for an entire week to reach you. I exhausted every means possible. I even deduced by the limited flights coming into Antigua that day, which airline you would possibly arrive on. I left messages with all the airlines in a last-ditch effort to reach you. When you arrived in Antigua I explained to you that I would make available, at a reduced cost, a two-bedroom unit which was still capable of accommodating all your guests. You refused this unit. I then suggested alternative accommodations at "Lamblion Condos". You said that you preferred to ask your cab driver to assist you in finding a place to stay. What more could I do? To further make amends, please call me at 240-447-4098 for a special offer from Suite Serenade.
