Several weeks before my trip, I had booked a room for one night at the Inn La Galleria on Five Islands. Upon my arrival, I learned the hotel had sold my room so I was forced to locate a mid priced hotel on Antigua at midnight during high season. Luckily, I found the Caribbean Inn and Suites in St. John which was much nicer than the Inn La Galleria and cost just a little more. I stayed in a suite which consisted of a full living room, kitchen, bath and 2 bedrooms. The vaulted ceilings in the rooms were lovely and the air conditioning and TV worked great. Everything was very clean. The view from the deck adjoining the room was lovely. Ivan Nicholas is the manager and he was very helpful and friendly. I don't believe there is a pool and the hotel is located in a residential area so parking might be a problem if you have a rental car. But this hotel is a great choice for people wanting a terrific value. Highly recommended!

Staying at Caribbean Inn was certainly a wonderful and relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, the views was out of this world and breath-taking and the management and staff are just warm, friendly and always ready to please. Fabulous location which can be very quiet and indeed enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Caribbean Inn to my friends and family.

I must say it was very nice. The manager Ivan Nicholas was very welcoming in showing me around. My room was small but very comfortable, cleaned and provided with clean towels daily. The rooms have a/c and cable tv which really kept my company. Now the veiw from the deck is one to see, you can see the town , the ships as they come in, Obama Mountain and the country side. Truly is beautiful. Thank you Ivan Nicholas and staff for your hospitality.

This place is a complete scam! Our flight was cancelled in Antigua so we booked a room here online for the night and had a paid confirmation. We shared a taxi with another couple who had personally called and he said he would hold the last room for them. When the taxi dropped us off, the lobby was empty and the doors locked. We finally found a person who said there were no rooms. We explained we both had confirmation of rooms to which she informed us, "he said you didn't show up so he gave them to someone else". We came DIRECTLY from the airport there which was less than 1 hr! When "he" returned to the resort he all but ran past us and said a taxi is coming for you and disappeared into the hotel. He wouldn't even apologize or pay for our taxi to go to another hotel so we incurred another $40+ fee. Then when I called the provider I booked through, they called him and he lied and said we were a no show. HE called the taxi for us! NEVER would i trust a reservation here!

I booked a room months in advance. Literally the night before my flight I got an email through Expedia that as a result of “maintenance” my room wasn’t available. I then got routed to an even worse place next to the airport called “Carter’s Rent-a-car and Guesthouse” that had all of the charm and atmosphere that the title implied. Stay away unless you want you’re trip ruined.

I rang the owner prior to leaving uk. to check booking. All was well hes said, however when i reached the property, he attempted to take payment six various times, for different amounts,it was friday evening i spent £120.00 trying to get through to my bank, i was put in a room and told to leave by 10am the next morning. i did not sleep was fearful my card would be blocked. the nearset atm was 2.6 miles from the property which is up a very steep hill nowhere near the beach as described. luckily i manage to get ec dollars but only allowed 500 hundred per day everyday i walked this to give him his money. half way through i was told to pack and move, luckily the two people who saw the way he was treating me, refuse to displace me as they had seen and heard my struggle since they were behind me when i arrived. He spent most of his time on phone to various people asking for sex if he bought them a dominio pizza he had no shame as a single traveller i would NEVER put myself around this vile man. The price is WELL overpriced for this property. Internet being fixed whilst there.

My stay at Caribbean Inn, was a relaxing breathtaking one, the room in which i stayed was on the top floor. the view from the balcony is revitalizing in the morning and quite relaxing at night. The room i stayed in was so roomy, i felt as if i was in a new dimension ,so clean so relaxing. It is located in the city neighborhood called Radio Range. The manager of this place and his workers are so friendly and always make sure i was always comfortable. Most of all i like best, is waking up to the view before the sun rise and watching the sunset in the evenings. I recommend this place for any occasions.anytime of the year,you will want to go back.

I must say this is a great place to stay and great value for your money. Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable rooms and not to mention the panoramic views from top floor. Excellent!!!! that's all i can say and the staff is so friendly and helpful. this is a place that definitely deserves more praise than it gets.... and with our own security guard i felt like a celebrity lol. this place is a true home-tel because i felt as if i was home with all the comforts of being in a hotel... i was relaxed and ready to go every morning. being 5 minutes away from the town was a huge plus and the view every morning was awesomely breath-taking (if that's grammatically correct)... it was a wonderful experience! See you guys soon and thanks again!!!

I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean, the views was out of this world and the staff just warm and friendly. Checking in was a breeze...nice friendly faces ready to please. Fabulous location which can be very quiet when the need arises.
