For a barebones rental, this hostel is more like a hotel! My room was clean, with a private shower and fan (no AC). Only cold water available, which worked for me, and very reliable internet. The owners, run a kitchen and bar in the hostel, which are both high quality with a great view of the harbour and very affordable....

This hostel has to be the best place to stay in Antigua. Don't let the cheap cost of the rooms put you off, they are great value! $50 / night for two people, with a stunning view of the harbour and Dennis serving beers at the bar! You could not want for more. Breakfast is served by the lovely Jules...

Great location in English/Falmouth Harbour. If you need a cheap accommodation, you can’t go wrong here. Great breakfast, great views, great gin & tonic and great owners! close to shops, restaurants, marinas and beach. cold showers, shared wc, but believe me, you will forget these problems! unfortunately the bar close at 20.00, but you have a lot 2 minutes walk

Can't think of anywhere else I would want to stay when in Falmouth. Had to overnight in Falmouth before setting off on a week's sailing. My brother called Dennis to arrange an overnight stay. LIAT airlines true to reputation did not keep our flight schedule. Arrived 8 hours late..just before midnight. Called and was given hostel access. Clean, functional, convenient...

She does a marvellous job preparing breakfasts in the morning, he cooks very good meals in the evening. The hostel is always nice and calm, and their bar is a great...

We stayed for three days, it is located on the upper floor of a two story building five overlooking Falmouth Harbour across the street. It was filled with sailors like ourselves who were crewing on boats for the Classic or race week. Dennis and Jules were great hosts and provided cheap accommodation, food and drink for those looking for a...

I booked 15 nights at the Waterfront Hostel with its charming owners Dennis and Julia… I needed a base from which to visit friends on the island and attend a seven day day sailing course. The hostel is in a fantastic location within Falmouth, everywhere being within a short walk. Julia cooked up a wicked breakfast every morning and my...

In many parts of the world to sit in bar / breakfast room like this on first floor with a view over Falmouth harbour and all the yachts etc would cost a fortune. Here with clean rooms and great hosts, as previous review, you will have a great stay. The rooms are simple with no air con, have shower within...

One of the few hostels in the Lesser Antilles, this is a good one. Big beds, not crowded, lovely public area. great views, near to amenities, and very warm and inviting owners. It's great value at $25 a night for the dorm bed. Private rooms are also available.

“The hostel is very quiet in the low season (May to November) which is good because there are rooms always available, but doesn't help with the atmosphere or meeting people (but the pub, 'Life on the Corner', is only a 5 minute walk away).”
