Introducing the Grove Residences, a luxurious collection of 5 newly constructed ocean view turnkey apartments, all with pools and either single or double garage. The apartments enjoy uninterrupted views across Falmouth Bay to the south and to the Caribbean Sea beyond. The residences are ideally located in the heart of Falmouth Harbour, a short walk to the numerous shops, bars and restaurants
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
A pristine, well considered hillside sanctuary with beautiful views overlooking English Harbour. Paul and Maria were helpful from first contact through to booking, arrival and departure offering local advice and practical help. They welcomed us in person and provided some kitchen basics allowing us to relax immediately. Later in our stay we were invited for up to theirs for cake - lovely people and hosts. The apartment is modern and all details have been thought through and provided, from ice cream scoop to usb charging port to hairdryer to bug swat! There's even a telescope to look out across the bay or watch those big skies at night. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning effective and design features including stylish ceiling fans to keep you gently cooled. We stayed in apartment 5, the smallest one for two people. As a couple it was perfect and yet the deck area was generous. Plenty of furniture options and a welcome shade. The pool was very welcome - with a seat shelf to sit and stay cool in the intense Antiguan sunshine. And the view! So calming looking out across the bay with the breeze blowing and local wildlife creating a soundtrack. And there's even a utility room complete with washer and drying rack. It's a great base to explore the island - Antigua being quite small it's only half an hour or so to anywhere but English Harbour feels away from the resorts with some lovely local beaches and restaurants.

We made a last minute trip for a week to Antigua for spring break (long overdue review!) and couldn’t have been happier, Grove residence is truly perfect in every way.
The experience is elevated by Paul and Maria’s company and support. We got help with renting a car from the airport and what to expect even before we got on the flight. As we drove into the residence, the well cared for plants, gardens and green house set you into a tropical vacation mode. The spaces are airy, bright and have views that are both inspiring and relaxing. The private pool for each residence is a luxury our family thoroughly enjoyed every day, especially when the adults needed to work. The whole apartment is exquisitely decorated and the fixtures are all top of the line. It has all the aesthetics of a luxury resort with a very endearing experience you get at a small business.
If you love sailing or want to try it out, there is a fantastic sailing school very close to grove residence where we rented a keelboat for day sails in the bay. We also enjoyed the various cuisines that were just a 5 min drive from our stay. We visited the more touristy long bay beach, sting Ray city spaces but decided that we loved the Galleon beach, pillars of Hercules area a lot more. I enjoyed the immersive and more organic experiences interacting with locals here more than areas where tourist resorts are almost their own neighborhood with no presence of locals except those working at the hotels.
The kitchens are well stocked, with special goodies from Maria. Can’t forget the yummy homemade papaya(grown at Grove Res!) compote she generously shared with us. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and supplies. Lots of pool toys kept lil one happy! Maria and Paul made our kids feel super special and welcomed them into their home. We even had a fantastic home made dinner with them. We felt like we were leaving friends not just our hosts.
When it was time for us to leave after an amazing week, Maria helped us arranging COVID tests(yes back then!) and made it very easy for us to check out on time. We find out that our car tire is out of air, Paul rushed out and helped us again so we could leave on time and in peace!! Yes, the roads in Antigua need upgrading but Grove residence is perfect in every way! Paul and Maria (with the adorable kitty!) definitely elevate the experience.
I have traveled quite a bit but this vacation was very special because of our stay at Grove Residence with Maria and Paul. I hope to visit them again soon!

Lovely family vacation at the Grove Residence! We stayed with our three children and the accommodations were perfect. The children loved the pool, and there was a great mix of indoor and outdoor space. Maria and Paul are amazing hosts, considering every detail, everything felt new and of the highest quality. We appreciated all of the small details they considered to make the stay comfortable. The views from the patio of the harbor are breathtaking! We will definitely stay again!

Apartment 1 - beautiful 3 bed penthouse apartment with stunning views. Spotless & well equipped. Spacious decking area with sun loungers, bbq & private swimming pool. Close to English Harbour & glorious Pigeon Point Beach. Hosts Paul & Maria were very accommodating giving us recommendations on local restaurants & supermarkets. Lovely welcome pack included milk, bread, cheese & water which was greatly appreciated late at night ! Highly recommend (family of 6)

This is the perfect location for a stay in Antigua. Maria and Paul are excellent hosts and delightful people, very helpful and friendly. We stayed in apartment 5 and there’s nothing we would change. The apartment is roomy and stocked with everything we needed for our week’s visit, including fresh provisions they had waiting for us upon arrival. The view was one of the highlights of our stay. Lots of private, outdoor areas for us to relax and the pool was an incredible bonus. The location is extremely convenient to English Harbour - a few minutes drive or an easy walk. We highly recommend The Grove Residences and look forward to returning!

We were received by Maria & Paul, the owners, like VIP's.
First, they invited us for a cocktail and dinner when we arrived. It was great because we arrived at the end of the day and we were tired. They took time to explain where to go, what to visit and made a list of great restaurant to try. We immediately fall in love with them. They were alway available when we needed something special. And I can say that we have had a lot of special request as we were there for work not only for vacation. It was our first time in Antigua.
We rent for 2 weeks the 1 room appartment. It's brand new and built with the best materials. It was amazingly clean and georgious. The terrasse was hudge and very private and each appartment has their own pool. Imagin, we could swim and have the view of the sea at the same time. Whoawww !!!
It's on top of the mountain so the view is georgious and the location allow us to go in a walking distance to restaurants, grocery or Marina. The best area in Antigua. We visit the other appartments they have and whoawww, every one of them is more beautiful than the other.
We had a private underground parking under the appartment for the car we rent at the airport. It could accomodate 2 cars.
All the staff were kind and very caring. The guys helped me carry all my grocery bags to my appartment.
We highly recommand this place for any sort of vacation. We will return for sure. It's a dream place.
I would put a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

We’ve just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at The Grove Residences. From the time of booking communication from Maria and Paul was excellent, having never been to Antigua before they were able to recommend restaurants, places of interest, car hire and excursions. They were also always on hand to assist with any matters should we have needed them. We stayed in apartment 5 which definitely had the ‘wow’ factor. The view from the terrace and lounge was breathtaking. The apartment was fitted out with quality fixtures and fittings and had everything we needed to make the stay extremely comfortable. We would definitely love to visit Antigua again and without question would only stay at The Grove Residences. English Harbour is a really lovely town within walking distance of The Grove Residences, it has excellent restaurants and shops and we found everyone to be very friendly. Nelson’s Dockyard is a definite must to visit. What made the holiday for us was definitely our stay at The Grove Residences which we would highly recommend.

From the minute we arrived, I knew we were going to like it here! The villa was spotless and very well equipped with fantastic views over Falmouth Harbour. English Harbour was a very short walk down the hill where there are many good restaurants, bars etc We hired a car, arranged by Paul before we arrived and found that really useful for some exploring. Paul and Maria were fantastic hosts, although living in one of the apartments, never seemed to intrude unless we needed them! We had a few days on our own and then a week with two of our twenty something sons, the villa worked just as well when they were with us as when we were a two. Plenty of space, we had the 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment. Would recommend and will hopefully return sometime soon!

We stayed in apartment 4 which overlooks Falmouth Harbour. The place was super clean, very well equipped and a short walk to the local village . The infinity pool and bbq were a great asset and the views were spectacular. When we arrived we were met by Paul and Maria our hosts who had stocked the fridge, this was unexpected and very much appreciated. They were both on hand to help us with recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and any other questions we had. We would not hesitate to recommend The Grove Residence, it is truly a 5 star apartment in a wonderful location.

This three bedroom penthouse apartment has everything. The apartment is high up on the hill so the views over the bay and harbour are spectacular. Watching the super yachts come and go is wonderful. The sunbathing area and swimming pool are perfect and you can still see the view through the folding glass doors on both sides of the lounge to the harbour/bay area. The kitchen is very well appointed with a massive island and everything you would expect in a top notch example and has folding doors access to the very large balcony with table and chairs and seating at the other end. The 3 bedrooms are all en suite. The master suite is huge and the stairs leading the second bedroom change colour through internal lighting which gives the whole apartment an even more luxurious feel. Finally the lounge is very big and if you open the folding doors on both sides then it’s like you are sitting outside but under cover. We had breakfast and lunch in the apartment almost every day and in the evenings we either walked or drove into English Harbour for a sumptuous evening meal. The choice of restaurants is excellent and booking is recommended. Evening entertainment ranges from live music to very busy bars, quiet cocktail bars or a walk around the marina beyond Nelson’s dockyard.
