This is Gladys who has the same name as my mother. . She was funny, professional and she treated us like her children. She also resembled her ok maybe just a little bit. She greeted us like family …..

GIRLS BEWARE!!! Watch the people who are serving you. Some bartenders rolling drinks out to girls not even asking for them. I caught an older security guard trying to flirt with my 19 year old daughter on the beach & made her feel uncomfortable. That night a bartender followed her to the bathroom. This almost ended our vacay. Two nights later a bartender followed another girl in her 20s there with her friend & pinned her in the same bathroom. Hotel security doesn't think a priority to call security manager at night to look at the video footage. They just take notes on a pad of paper & offer you free dinner at a mediocre restraint. Nobody wants to eat . We wanted our daughter to identify the bartender who followed her. All 3 managers met with us & did nothing to follow up. Please be careful, it is so easy to have a false sense of security when you are in such a wonderful island!! THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS & we have to get the word out. I have already alerted our travel agent.

Well, I've been here three times and this one was sub-par. They seemed to have gone downhill a bit. Paparazzi used to be amazing, but not so much this time. My chicken dish was actually chicken nuggets PureLime... blah. Red Parrot is your best bet. Really solid meals, great wine and desert. Drinks were actually much weaker this time. Maybe they were told to use less alcohol? Buffet was really good for breakfast and lunch. We had great waiters/waitresses but many were rude or could care less. Beaches are great and we saw two lovely weddings. Not bashing Divi, just saying they've gone downhill.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Divi All Inclusive! Enjoyed all the restaurants and really loved seeing our Divi/Tamarijn family again. We especially love seeing Miguelina at the Cucunu Terrace. Miguelina is warm and welcoming and one of the reasons we've been back 8 times! Looking forward to our next visit so much!

The ocean views were incredible. Wonderful beach front views from our room at the Tamarijn, great food, beautiful sunset, fun in the sun with our young family. We would love to return again next year!

It’s my second time here. Great location, all inclusive resort which offers a little bit for all ages. Food is good and plentiful. The restaurants are on premises. Reservations are needed each night. The Red Parrot has a decent menu, but needs to change it up a bit. Service was good and we were always seated promptly. Great view of beach from the restaurant and buffet area. The beach rooms are one level and convenient to access beach and bar. They could use some updating. Bathroom is in need of remodeling. More beach chairs have been added since I was there five years ago. Always was able to find beach chairs every morning. A shoutout to Rick who was so accommodating and attentive when we were at the breakfast buffet.

This place can be so much better! Restaurants food and service is not good, some chairs need to be cleaned...disgustinglty dirty, look in red parrot. Entertainment is poor. Rooms are worn, my shower stall was leaking badly and toilet stopper was shot. Don't take vacation club tour, there are misrepresentations of duration and requested gift (bait and switch). Island was surprising too windy for my liking...you can easily get wind burn and not know it Go elsewhere (hotel and or Island) probaby cheaper, better food and weather.

This is our third time here and it was terrible. The first time was in January 2022 and it was great. We had the two bedroom suite in Vista 2. We had a wonderful experience. The second time we stayed in the Tamarjin side. And a premium deluxe oceanfront suite. It was great. The food was pretty good both times. Service was great. We just got back last night this stay was awful. And no one seem to care! They are overbooked over crowded. The food was terrible. The service was terrible. My stomach is still paying the price. We actually stopped eating there the last three days! We stayed in the vista three building. The bed was so uncomfortable and sooo loud. Our door to our balcony didn’t even lock! It took them three days to fix it. Anyone could’ve broken in our room at any time because there really isn’t any divider in between the balconies. Do not eat at Palm grill. It is so dangerous!!! The service was so terrible. The waiters are supposed to come over as soon as you’re done cooking and shut off the grill and take the Teflon Mat away. Ours did not the Mat flew up in the breeze hit me in the face and the shoulder and burned me and not a single person came over to check to see if I was OK. The so-called manager that night wrote it down and said I’ll have the manager of the hotel contact you tomorrow. No one did! I don’t care I’m not looking for anything. Just would’ve been nice to have someone check on me. I was not burned severely. It just hurt and scabbed and I was very glad it didn’t happen to a table full of children that were sitting near us by themselves while their parents sat at another table, which was so dangerous! Why that was allowed?? I have no idea!!! Parents please do not let your kids sit by themselves here. This place is so dangerous and should be closed. The manager actually shared with us that people get burned every single week! Don’t you think maybe they should rethink this??? Anyway no one checked on me. I had to go to the desk later in the day and remind them they had no idea what I was talking about so finally, I said I want to cancel our upcoming reservation in June and I want my deposit back their response was well We’ll have to check on that. I’m not sure if we can do that, are you kidding me? Well, they did but to even say that.?? Anyway it’s just not what it used to be, just stay away. Lots of people who have been there Many times were saying the same thing this week! There are so many other wonderful places on the island. This is not one of them anymore. We go to Aruba at least four times a year. Trust me go somewhere else. Also, everyone was complaining there were not enough chairs! Who wants to go to Aruba and not even be able to find a place to sit? I am up early. I was out there at 6:15 AM and almost all the chairs were taken.

I’ve been to Aruba 5 times, and this was my least favorite stay. The hotel is old and needs a facelift. Staff mostly is nice, drinks are watered down no matter what you ask for. The dinner reservation system is just bad. You need to apparently make reservations weeks in advance. Got there on a Monday and there were no reservations available for 3 days at any restaurant. Good thing is that if you walk up on off hours, you can usually snag a table. Red Parrot definitely the best restaurant, Erich a great waiter. Just not worth it for the money paid. Beach is fine, waves a lil choppier here than up near Manchebo Beach or up near high rise area.

Aruba is amazing. The pools were beautiful, beach was very well maintained. Drinks were great, loved the breakfast buffet. Poolside food was good, the pizzas left much to be desired. Staff was nice and helpful. Perfect place to go for our first Aruba experience. Left a star off because they obviously tried to update it but some things felt like bandaids. If you want any clothes cleaned you need to give them 2 days notice.
