We absolutely loved our stay at Divi Golf Resort. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our children’s stay, as well as ours enjoyable. We have travelled to Aruba twice a year over the past several years and decided to stay at Divi Golf in a one bedroom, full kitchen with pull out bed and two bathrooms suite overlooking the Golf course. We weren’t quite sure what to expect due to some negative past reviews that we have read. We found Divi Golf Resort to be gorgeous. The resort is very large and very well kept, as are the suites. The pools & infinity pool are amazing and even includes a large slide that children and adults both enjoyed. We found that it was even more fun when using an inner tube down the slide. The resort store sells inner tubes for $7 USD and we left ours at the pool for others to enjoy before leaving. Our meals at the resort and at the beach bar were all fantastic. We especially enjoyed Mulligan’s. The food was beyond delicious there. We found the prices to be excellent at all the restaurants and bars throughout the resort. There are happy hours almost all day throughout the resort bars. There are plenty of shuttles that drive you around the entire resort and each resort associated which you have access too, including the beach. We would highly recommend Divi Golf Resort to anyone. We had wished we stayed longer in order to enjoy more of the activities that Divi Hiod had to offer, such as Golf and Tennis. As for Eagle Beach, it is a public beach which is the same for all the other beaches in Aruba. There is a Divi Golf employee at 7 am that is in charge of chairs for guests. Towels are found near all the pools and not the beach. There are also palapas available at a first come basis. We found that most guests came and went throughout the day leaving plenty of palapas open to other guests. We did not find any issues with beach palapas with the exception of a random complaint from another guest saying we were gone to the Divi beach employee. We decided to eat breakfast and left for a short time, which I firmly believe is fine. If one leaves to use the restroom, get food/ drinks and even go into the ocean with there belongings left at the palapas, others should get another palapas and understand it is not there right to take over someone else’s. There were always chairs and palapas available me throughout the day. Most guests we found were very pleasant and well some just like to complain, which is very apparent in other reviews posted. Our children had a blast and we would definitely return. Location wise, Divi Golf is a short taxi ride from the strip and downtown. Eagle beach is stunning with white sand and crystal blue warm ocean water. We stayed in the ocean for hours at a time every day. We found very little shells when walking into the ocean compared to Hyatt/Hilton strip Hotels Beaches. It was also free of seaweed. No water shoes were needed as others stated. We found the waves enjoyable which were only present two days out of our 7 day stay and only for a short time during the day. It gets very hot in Aruba and even with overcast and wind you can easily get sunburnt. We hope to be back soon as we had the most wonderful family vacation. Thank you Divi Golf staff for the most amazing stay. We truly appreciated everyone and all the hard work at running such a fantastic resort!

Beautiful grounds and pools. Restaurants on the property were awesome as well as shuttle service and staff. Problem areas included check in, received no information on the process or direction on how things work there, how to get around, hours places were open and when closed only got a map. We expected something in the room with pamphlets and info on things but nope, nothing. We didn’t get any info on the other resorts and nothing on activities happening. So the first day we were lost. Also for all inclusive we thought there would be water and snacks in the refrigerator, nope, nothing. It was frustrating trying to get water as places on the grounds kept running out. Lastly, the suite we were in was beautiful, spacious, clean, greet view of the infinity pool. BUT, the room stunk badly of mold and mildew and no windows with screens so couldn’t air it out. But we did love the area, the staff, the shuttle drivers and concierge!! They helped us a lot.

Fabulous time with our trade to Divi Village. We loved everything about our stay from the private hot tub (wow!) to the proximity of the beach. We ate multiple times at the beach bar, and we had great service from everyone we encountered. We hated to leave and hope to return soon!

I was a little skeptical to play a 9 hole course but Divi Golf was great! Everyone was nice and the golf was great. We played Tuesday and on Wednesday we played the other course with the group we were with. We cancelled our Thursday tee time at the other course and played Divi Golf again. The maintenance crew was everywhere and the course was green and lush from tee to green.

First time staying the the "low rise" area of Aruba. This was our 4th trip to Aruba. When we arrived our room was not ready, so our luggage was held for us. The front desk was no help with any information, like go to Mulligan's and have lunch or there is a Beach Shack restaurant across the street. That would have been helpful being our first time there. Having information in the room, with pool hours, restaurant hours, etc. would also be helpful. Erwin who greets you and answers every question and all of the other staff members that drove the golf carts, were professional, fun, answered questions, offered information and we tipped for every ride. The Divi is huge. We stayed in Birdie 3, which was a Studio. Perfect size for 2 people. The couch did pull out. We also had a balcony that faced the golf course. The air conditioning worked wonderfully! Housekeeping stopped in every day to replenish towels in the bathroom. We went to Ling & Sons to get drinks, water, beer, some breakfast and lunch items, snacks etc. That was a quick cab drive away. Also, one great feature was the BEACH!!! Just across the street. The Divi employee that got us our chairs every morning was wonderful, friendly and also full of information. Another great thing was the Beach Shack. We went every day from 2-3 for Buy 1 get 1 Happy Hour. The staff there is wonderful, attentive, fun and professional. We met people there every afternoon and it was fun. Also, the golf carts, you can call from your room, will pick you up to take you to the casino. We never went to the Casino but walked to 3 restaurants - Pizza Bobs, which was so delicious, Ricardo's with amazing beach view and we sat outside. Food was delicious. Matthew's another outside restaurant with delicious food. We made reservations for 6pm to enjoy the amazing Aruba Sunsets. We also ate at Azzuro's at the Playa Linda and Pureocean at the Divi Phoenix. Highly recommend both! The Divi is showing it's age a bit, but nothing that would stop us from going back. The pools were very nice. We spent 1/2 day on Sunday at the pool by the Seabreeze and and another 1/2 day by the Infinity pool. Both are very nice. The are serious about the beach towels. 2 at a time! No exceptions. Other guests that we encountered were nice and friendly. Everyone was Happy on the Happy Island. We didn't eat in any of the restaurants at the Divi, except for a drink at Mulligans, which was very nice. We enjoyed the area. The beach was peaceful, clean and beautiful. We had a fabulous trip and we would go back again!

We stayed only 2 days before catching an island hopper to Curacao. We wish we had stayed. Although we didn't try many restaurants, what we had from Mulligan's was delicious! The staff was moderately friendly. Maintenance was slowly responsive when we needed a new TV remote. The Wi-Fi was down most of our short stay, which limited international communications.

Overall a good location. Was disappointed in the furnishings in the units - old and uncomfortable. Only table settings for four people so constantly doing dshes. Since being there last, there is no longer direct shuttle from the Divi Golf to the Divi Divi - a nuisance to have to go to the Tam/Dutch and then to Divi. The Seabreeze Outdoor restaurant was dirty - birds on the tables, a lot of iguanas roaming around and service was not great. Thankfully the bartender was there to help us. Food quality there was below average.

Sent the below email to Interval and they have yet to resolve. So many issues with them and their partner resort Interval Exchange Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort 4/16-23 To whom it may concern: My family and I are Disney Vacation Club Members and exchanged 110 of our DVC points to stay at Divi Golf Aruba in a studio for a week. This was a vacation we had been looking forward to as Aruba has always been on my moms bucket list. We arrived to the resort at approximately 6PM on Sunday 4/16/23. Upon check in we were told we had a second floor room with no elevator access as studios are located in buildings with stairs only. My senior mom has a bad hip, and I was also traveling with a 2 year old child so this would not work for us. The young lady at the desk said she would call to change to a ground level but we had to wait, it was around a half hour before our room was reassigned and ready. I had stated I completed online check in through the Divi app and supplied my card info which the resort had no record of. Various staff members throughout the week said the app is unreliable. That night we were exhausted and dropped our belongingings off in the room, grabbed a quick bite to eat and passed out without looking around. The following day we woke up and were disgusted by the condition of the room. There was mold/mildew on the lampshades and mattresses as you can see in photos. The interior floors left our feet black with dirt and the patio was covered in bird and iguana mess and looked like it hasn't seen a power washer in 10 years. (see photos). There were rips in the bedding, and hair on the bath towels. again, this can be seen in photos. I went to the desk to see about a room change and was told they would reclean it as all other studios were on the second floor. On 4/18, I emailed Interval as I was out of the country and didn't want to incur international charges on my phone because the room was still in filthy conditions. They advised I'd have to call them or Disney. Again, at $3/minute this was not an option when hold times can be 60 minutes plus. I went to the local grocery store and purchased cleaning products and cleaned the room as best as I could. We then went to do laundry as we were told each building had a laundry facility. The washing machine in building 6 worked but both dryers were broken; this led us to taking our laundry to building 3 every day. The staff at the resort said they were aware of the mechanical issues with the driers. The icing on the cake came the last night of our vacation when we returned to the room Saturday after dinner and my husband noticed a red light coming from the ceiling fan above our bed. We did not see this the entire week and housekeeping had been in our room. We turned off all the lights and it was very noticeably bright red as you can see in the photo. He tried to remove the cover but it appeared to be stuck/lodged. We went to the desk and were told a supervisor would look at the light fixture Monday and contact us. I believe this was a camera planted in our room and it's very scary and an invasion of privacy. To date, noone from the resort has contacted me and I'm requested my points be returned to Interval and in turn to my DVC account. I spoke with DVC today and they said Interval was awaiting a call back from Divi. This is unacceptabl e and not what I expected while on International travel. Thank you
