We have been coming to Paradise Beach Villas for 22 years. To say we like it is an understatement. The location on Eagle Beach is wonderful. The resort is small - 2 buildings - 80 units - most 1 or 2 bedrooms. The have two pools, a bar and restaurant for breakfeast and lunch and another restaurant on property for...

Trip Advisor Review: PBV Returning from our most recent visit to Aruba, I continue to be amazed at the "wonderfulness" of this tiny island. We stay at Paradise Beach Villas, which is a small resort in the 'low rise' section of the famous Eagle Beach. If you are looking for a small resort (80 rooms) with the friendliest staff on...

Visited Aruba in late June, early July and stayed at Paradise Beach Villas. This is a smallish timeshare resort next to La Cabana on Eagle Beach and I’ve stayed here three times before. In the past, I’ve complained about their policy of having guests sign a blank (yes blank) credit slip as a condition of staying at the resort to...

Most people traveling to Aruba stay one of 2 main areas, the "hi-rise area" where the hi-rise chain hotels (Riu, Marriot, Holiday inn ect) are located or the "low-rise area" smaller and low rise independent hotels, and timeshares. Paradise Beach is in the low rise area and directly across the street from Eagle Beach, (less than 100 yards) The beach...

Beautiful area with little tourism on the beach. The condo was quite nice with two bedrooms and two baths. The pool/deck area is kept exceptionally clean. The Tiki Bar offers 2 for 1 drinks from 1:00-6:00 daily. The Monday night BBQ is wonderful and at an extremely good price. The food was generous and the quality quite good. Eagle Beach...

We were originally concerned, when making the booking, by some of the poor reviews. However, none of those issues proved to be factors. The place was very clean and well kept. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The pools and outdoor hot tubs were a pleasure. The beach is quiet and beautiful. The place was quiet and people were sociable...

Paradise Beach Villas is a boutique time share and hotel located on Eagle Beach with golden sand and tourquoise water. Our two week stay was a real pleasure in that the facilities are very well maintained, easy access to various actives and good restaurants on site and nearby. Staff is very friendly and personable. We'll definately be back next year.

This is my third stay at Paradise Beach Villas and it never disappoints! The rooms are comfortable, the staff very friendly and accommodating, and the Tiki Bar great with food and beverages. The beach and pools are clean and lovely. It's an amazing place to kick back and relax. All the rooms are being renovated, and the finished product is...

Very nice place. People are very nice and have been very accommodating. I'm from New York and that guy that wrote something bad a little while ago totally wrong and has no life. The staff smiles all day and greets you with a hello every time you pass them bye. The bartender always has a smile going and can have...

just returned from Paradise Beach & it continues to be the best place. We have been owners for 22 years, & every year we return, it just gets better & better. Our room on 1st floor & just steps to the pool. Restaurants with in walking distance are all excellent. The beach steps away. Place is quiet, & just so...
