This is our 3rd visit to the Marriott Stellaris and it never disappoints. The staff is very welcoming and the beach setup is perfect. We love the lobby sushi bar and has live music every night. I attended a company incentive trip here for 4 nights, with one night on the beginning extension. Overall, it was an average stay nothing wowed me or would make me have to come back. The rooms are tired and need some TLC. I do love the large balcony. The housekeeping is by request only, which seems ridiculous for a property at this price point, so just expect towel pick up and trash to be emptied, they really don't do much else. Food overall was very good at La Vista, and around the pool. The Breakfast buffet is quite expensive for someone like me that doesn't eat much in the morning, so I opted for the a la carte menu. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow, and took about 45 minutes for eggs. Food and Beverage here is extremely overpriced, so be prepared to bring some things in like most do. There is a nice market two roundabouts away and saved us a good bit back at the resort. The staff was lovely all around. Shout out to "Kris"tina poolside. She made sure she introduced herself at the start of each shift and her service was wonderful. We did find the adult pool a few days in, and if you get there early enough with the towel game, it's a nice quiet area away from the party crowd at the main pool. Lobby bar was fun at night, they have live music and sushi. Front desk was very helpful. Be careful of laundry costs on the bill. The list in the room is not what is charged from the service they use. We were overcharged $60 before we disputed it. Wifi at the resort was really terrible. I have to stay connected for my job and didn't want to pay extra for it. Beach loungers are for purchase only. I think they were $30/day and must be signed up for the day before. Very crowded beach in comparison to the later part of my trip on Eagle beach. Overall, it was a nice few days, but I think there are much better options on the island. Generic, not relaxing - Family of four, Mariott Lifetime Titanium - Upgraded points room with cash at time of booking; no on-site upgrade available (sold out) - Room directly above rolling carts; noise started at 6am each day - Smoking on balconies - No pre-paid palapas available at check-in (can only book when on-site); free palapas booked within 15 seconds - Abandoned pool chairs monitored, but not maintained, by staff; when talking to staff about not getting a chair they miraculously found chairs with towels that they could clear off - Gelato bar in lobby is great - Provided feedback to GM and staff via email, no response. Not surprised.

I actually stayed at a nearby villa..but visited the Marriott Stellaris Casino on several occasions. Although the casino is a little small, I enjoyed the time we spent there and I won a lot of money!!!!

I absolutely LOVED this hotel/property. Everyone was so lovely, accommodating and friendly. Clean/Bright/Modern - - and I loved the kitty on property! Drinks were spot on, pool bar was rocking, towel service perfect - - I truly have nothing bad to say. Beach was impeccable... I'll be counting the moments until we can return.

Before we go to dinner we stopped by the Hotel Lobby Bar, it was always such a nice start of our night then after dinner, we go back for a night cap. We just love the music, vibe and most especially the amazing and super attentive bar tenders. Big Shout out to Mamma J, Sandra, Kuya Ronald and Alex. They took great care of us! Just after our first night, they already knew us and our drinks!! We were sad to leave but we are looking forward to our next trip! Hopefully sooner than later. I highly recommend stopping by the bar before or after your dinner!!

Your beach umbrella reserve policy is from 1980s. I am not paying all that money for a room to fight for an umbrella every day. My boss who happens to be a Marriott fanatic was planning to go to your hotel in Aruba and I literally talked him out of it. For 2 reasons: 1-Your umbrella policy 2-Your hotel's Wi-Fi speed. At some parts of the beach, there is no wi-fi coverage at all. (this is not the case when I went to similar hotels in Caribbean) Willem's Dutch pancake + Patrizia's Restaurant offer free wi-fi that is 5 times faster than your hotel's wifi. This is 2023 and you need to stay current.

Another wonderful vacation @ this hotel/resort! Booked thru Costco & had a glitch when arriving but once that was cleared up the rest was pure pleasure. The entire staff here is friendly, helpful & accommodating to a fault. Beginning w/Gregory, the bellman who helped us on arrival and always made a point of greeting us when seeing him later. Our housekeeper, Miloushka, was fantastic each & every day. I was sad to say goodbye to her. Then there was Ludwig who helped us w/plans, answered any questions & was truly always the professional. The pool & beach staff could not be more accommodating, swiftly handling any situation & working hard to maintain everyones feeling of "Happy"! Much appreciation to one & all! Other amenities & services maintain the same level of quality as well. I appreciate having a Starbucks available in the lobby and open till late @ night. The adult pool maintains a calm ambience & the attendants there do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable & enjoy your time. They deserve much credit. We actually stay at the Aruba Ocean Club, next door to the Stellaris. The Lobby Bar at the Stellaris is our go to place for after dinner. The entertainment most nights is great. Tuesday and Friday there is a female singer named Amy Sorinio who performs with her sound technician Wolter. What a team. She sings a wide scope of different types of music and is most talented. She draws a large crowd from many resorts who come to see and enjoy her performance. It’s the best show in town, never a disappointment. Dancing, mingling and fun dominate the evening along with listening and enjoying this wonderful, talented performer. Tuesdays and Fridays are a must for my wife, I and our friends.

Though large and very busy, as expected, the service was always very good and you felt that everyone really did enjoy their jobs and helping the many tourist. How else could they keep their smiles and pleasing dispositions everyday? The rooms were of a good size, comfortable and very clean. First coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach started every day. How could you go wrong? The beach is clean and the water lapping the shore is so peaceful. The chair attendants were great at getting you set up with what you wanted, where you wanted.
