The staff were wonderful. The food. pool and beach were great However, the second floor room 230 was very noisy due to people working at all hours below the room. The daily room service was also very good.
The Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino Aruba came highly recommended by multiple people and we were not disappointed. We are experienced international travelers and have stayed in many great (and not so great) hotels and we can easily say this property is one of the best. We met multiple people during our visit who were staying elsewhere in Aruba and every one told us they regretted they were not staying at the Hyatt. Phenomenal staff, excellent amenities and incredible ambiance.
Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The location is in the middle of it all. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. No need for a car unless you want to explore other areas of the island. The beach is clean and run very smoothly. The pools are pristine and had fun on the water slide. Bars and restaurants were great.
The grounds at the Hyatt Regency were spectacular. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was ok, but fairly expensive. The Wi-Fi was not very good. Many spots in the hotel I could not get a signal. It was very sporadic and weak.
My husband and I stayed for a week 1/14-1/21/23 and had an amazing time! The hotel is gorgeous and so clean!! The grounds, rooms, bathrooms, pools, beach area, restaurants and shops are immaculate! I read reviews and knew we had to book palapas ahead of time and could book pool chairs each day the day before, which really is great and takes a lot of stress of you not having to run down each morning at 7am. We loved the breakfast sandwich at the coffee shop every morning, which was much more affordable for us than the $30 buffet, but we did try that and it was great...we just don't need that much food! There are so many shops and restaurants within a 5 min walk that we had a great night every night in the gorgeous weather eating alfresco every place we went! We loved the adult pool round loungers and seeing all the iguanas running around. That breeze is pure heaven and so relaxing. We met many people that return year after year and we can see why. We will definitely be back!!! We loved the mixology class with Augie and the Healing Stretching with Sophie!! We did have issues also with the wifi....not on the laptops but on the phones. It would disconnect a lot and that was frustrating but manageable. Overall, you will LOVE it here!!!…
We had the best time at the Hyatt Regency in Aruba. Its in the best location on the beach. The staff is OUTSTANDING (Valreta at the pool and Silverena at the bar), the food is much better than average, the rooms are comfortable and clean with twice a day housekeeping, its a beautiful property and we enjoyed the small casino.
Oriana & Jiny were the first two barmaids we meant upon our arrival to the Hyatt. They were both so personable at the lobby bar from the time we walked through the front door we felt so welcomed! We even had our pic taken with the King! It was the best day❤️
Excellent property. Great staff, Great service. Clean surroundings, great location. Only minor issue was the wi-fi. It was very slow as if I felt I was on dial up. Other than that, no complaints. Will definitely return.
Rooms & staff were all great! Coral was AMAZING in helping with our dinner RSVP's!!! The Adult pool was a bit colder than I would expect and the beach umbrella charges were very disappointing! They should be offered free to all quests! The 4hr snorkeling trip with Red Sail was a GREAT treat!
Stayed here for 5 years and love the addition of the Adults Only pool area. We also enjoyed the morning energy healing class plus the mixology class in the p.m. The grounds are kept beautifully as is the beach. Only drawback is reserving a palapa which you should do prior to coming, only it can run up to $50/per day unless you change it to the free ones, if available, but they're the last row from the beach. Either way, all is good!
