The bars in the resort have the local beer which is called Balashi. It’s tolerable. The gift shop in the adult only resort next door has many popular beers for sale. I got tired of Balashi a couple of days in and actually started purchasing beer before switching over to the slushy style drinks during the beach/pool hours.
