La Quinta Resort is one of the best places to stay, if you are not looking for an all inclusive feel! You feel as one with the staff and guests! The staff is outstanding. At Kini Kini Bar right at the resort Rita and Xandra really get your day going with amazing food and of course the drinks. Danny and AB finish off the night with laughter and amazing food and great service.
The pool is clean and refreshing! With plenty of chairs and sun chairs to warm up and get a tan!
The rooms are so clean and up to date! Check out the observation deck just up a view flights of stairs its perfect for a good look of the ocean and the streets below. The view from our balcony was fantastic, with the beach only a minute walk away! Eagle Beach just right across the street its breath taking and a beautiful sight to see!
We were welcomed as if we were locals. Downtown night life was spectacular! High rise was a walk but amazing to see all the bigger hotels and many restaurants and shops. The Screaming Eagle restaurant which right on the grounds of the resort was So good! With 44% off bottles of wine on Mondays!
Jolly Pirates was a amazing excursion! The crew was friendly and outgoing. The snorkeling spots were perfect for beginners and advanced snorkelers and everyone in between.
Aqua Grill Restaurant downtown by the High rise was phenomenal! Iguana Joe’s downtown near the docks was perfect for lunch, a must try is their Grandma’s pinkLemonade (trust me it’s not pink lemonade) 😉
Queens jewelry store right across the street from Iguana Joe’s had amazing staff and great!! prices!!!
La Quinta Resort was just one of kind and I cannot wait to come back!!!! This will be the only place I will stay when I come to Aruba!
Pardon the pictures. Took them the day we were leaving.

This place is all we needed. The 1 bedroom condo was cleaned daily most all kitchen supplies were provided. This is our 3rd year here. Staff is friendly. My only concern is all the taxes and fees charged at the end of our stay. Our condo was recently updated (in 2019?).

We spent a the first week of may 2021 here.
The staff were great and very friendly.
This hotel is across the road from Eagle Beach which is quieter than the main hub.
But for us way better you can cross the road anytime and get a palapas> The beach is pretty quiet without the hordes at the Marriott. The beach itself is a magnificent white sands.
Within walking distance are several bars and restaurants which are well worth the visit. The restaurant in front of the hotel was call screaming eagles and was excellent
Would definitely stay here again

What a lovely, restful resort. No, it is not luxurious, but it is pleasant. We had a two bedroom suite in the older section, which has been refurbished recently. The bathroom has some of the best lighting we have ever encountered, even at lux properties. My wife loved that lighting. The unit was clean and roomy, offering a view of the pool from the entryway and a view of the ocean in the background from the balcony, which is spacious enough. The furnishings are comfortable and newer. The safe works with a code we invented and the unit itself has a lock that responds to a wrist bracelet. The staff is helpful and friendly. As for the beach, it is about two football fields away. Eagle Beach is heaven. Yes, we would go back. We were here using an Interval International getaway.

Old rooms. They still use keys on the locks. And they admitted they haven’t been changed in a long time. Next no complimentary water. No water at all on the premises. Not even in the soda machine. Not even in the office or front desk. And the pool bar closes early and so did the market next door at 7pm. Then they charge you if you don’t spend 30 Dollars at the pool bar. They should pay people to stay here instead. Or better yet give free water. It’s Not worth the money. I usually stay at the Marriott. Now I know why I’m going back to the Marriott.

This is a time-share hotel, clean and well laid out rooms, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a big kitchen with most of the utencils needed, and a large living/dining room. Balcony at the front, viewing a well maintained garden. This room is ground floor, with access to the swimming pool in the back.
B'fast and lunch facility on the pool deck. Food served is good. Beverage service for the pool deck guests.

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath recently renovated suite on the 3rd floor-1 bathroom, both bedrooms and living area upstairs, 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining area on 1st floor. Large comfortable rooms, great showers, very clean with everything you need. Nice pool and pool bar and great staff. Short walk to gorgeous beach. Short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Like someone said it is not luxurious but is very pleasant. We enjoyed being out of the very busy hotel/restaurant area. We will definitely choose La Quinta again when we return to Aruba.

Although this place is a bit on the dated side they are making updates as I write this note. The private beach across the street is perfect and having two pools to chose from is very nice. The on site snack bar is great for a light bite or nice happy hour before dinner. Everyone who works there is super friendly and very helpful. And you are steps away from one of THE best restaurants in all of Aruba the Screaming Eagle. Its right outside your door.

This is a great place. The employees are so helpful. Place is very clean and security is 24 hours. I would like to give a shout out the housekeeping staff. I happened to leave my jewelry, all my makeup and expensive lotions in my roof and realized this when I returned to NJ. I immediately contacted the manager and was sent a photo of my things within a few hours. They were so helpful with getting my items returned to me. I received these items so quickly. They are so honest! This place is the best.
Thank You

We stood here at La Quinta and they were so wonderful! All the staff were so kind and courteous. They treated us so well. The room was very clean and so was the upkeep of the grounds. We were so happily surprised on how close to the town we were and so close to Eagle beach. We will definitely be coming back.
