Beautiful new condo complex. I rented through Prestige (via VRBO) their on-site rental management group. Check in and out was fast and easy. We had a ground floor condo LV-107 and it was spectacular! Beautifully appointed and the kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were comfy and just right. Eagle Beach is a literal 3 minute walk. Watersport rentals are right there! There are not a lot of Palapas so if that is important to you, you may need to head out early to get one. The condo had 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs we used. We loved being able to walk out our sliding door and be right at the pool. We only wish the pool was open past 8 PM, even 9PM would have been better. We will most likely stay at LeVent again.

Once again LeVent exceeded expectations! The location: Right across the road to Eagle Beach. Easy access by taxi or bus to the north end to the south end of the island. Waking up to view of the ocean and the beautiful sky over the ocean is wonderful. The staff: Easy check-in with attention to details we needed that got us on the way to the beach super fast. Albert was a gem! Responded quickly to any request or inquiry we had. Shared his joy in his island home by making recommendations of things we would enjoy. As always Carlotta’s cheerfulness is infectious! The staff at Blue Waters Spa was also top notch. The grounds were also well maintained. All the staff were excellent. Our unit: This was the perfect arrangement for a friends trip. The room will accommodate 6 but there were only 4 of us this trip. Everyone had their own bed. Immaculately clean and everything we needed for our stay and outings. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. The welcome fruit basket was appreciated! LeVent TH17 Prestige Aruba Spent a week (not enough time) in this lovely Eagle Beach townhouse. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 story unit situated in the back of the complex. It offers a rooftop sunset ocean view as well as a view of the Aruba beach tennis complex. It is a clean, well equipped, bright unit perfect for a family vacation (we were a group of 3, but the unit would comfortably accommodate a few more guests.) The kitchen is large and features not only the standard appliances, but an air fryer, blender, toaster, electric tea kettle, nespresso machine and washer/dryer, as well. Storage is plentiful in the bedrooms and they even provide plenty of hangers in the oversized closets! The private pool is small, but refreshing and the larger community pool is lovely…quiet and clean. The owners also provide the unit with Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, which is convenient considering that LeVent does not have its own loungers on Eagle Beach. The staff at Presige are friendly and accommodating (Albert at check in is excellent.) We check in yesterday afternoon (8.8.22) with one kid and a new born. The floor of the APT 605 was dirty and sticky. We complain and the Prestige Management told us the cleaning lady left for the day and will back in the morning. Few hour after before put my kids to bed I noticed that all the beds (sheets, mattress etc) were filthy of pee and hair. The pillow were dirty and smelling bad. I spent $370/night for 10 days ($3800) to be in this bad condition. I can’t have a new born and my family in this dirty apartment. I rent overnight Airbnb. They don’t want to refund me. We wanted to stay in a Townhouse in April 2020 but the Corona virus made a mess of our plans. We got a 100% rebate voucher from Prestige Vacations and we have no regrets staying here in 2022. There is a private pool, easy access to Eagle Beach just across the road, a Gym, a big pool for all the guests, plenty of parking space for rental vehicles and it's very close to a lot of shops and the capitol of Oranjestad. I can highly recommend you staying here during your vacation in Aruba.

“Never stay anywhere else!” We travel 3 to 4 times a year to Aruba. First time staying at Le Vent condos. I will never stay anywhere else. We rented a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo for a girls week. Very spacious had everything we needed. Ground floor walk out to pool. Beach 2 min. walk. Condo comes with beach chairs and 2 coolers. Prestige staff onsite, was always available, great to work with. Very easy to book on their website. Stay here you will never stay anywhere else again !!!!!!

Booked directly there Prestige reality. It’s directly across from Eagle beach. It was quiet and away from the commercialized areas. There is an amazing food truck right acros the street. We did rent a car and did all the sightseeing by car. Checkout and check in was easy and there is a wonderful spa that we used 3 times. Blue waters day spa.

LeVent is an newer, modern, well appointed condominium just steps away from Eagle Beach. Clean, Clean, Clean!!! The ladies and gentlemen involved in the maintenance and cleanliness of the LeVent are CONSTANTLY cleaning and re-cleaning every common area, in and out. It smells very Fresh. Prestige Vacations Aruba is the management company, and does a terrific job for its clients. They have a small office right in the Lobby of the LeVent and are there to assist you in any and every capacity. Unit 204, Imperial Blossom, looks exactly as the pictures on the Web site. No smoke and mirrors here. The unit was very clean, AC and Dehumidifier kept it cool and fresh. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen was top end, and well equipped with anything and everything you might require. All of the Kitchen equipment and supplies looked brand new! Great view of the pool and courtyard. The courtyard is full of a variety of palm trees and tropical gardens surrounding the Pool and Hot tub. It lit up every night with white lights around the Palms, which made for a really pretty , tropical view from the expansive deck. It looks more like a 5 Star Resort, than a Condominium complex. Sunsets from the Roof Top Deck Area were spectacular. I highly recommend LeVent and Prestige Vacations Aruba.…

very warm welcome, Condo was already prepared and allowed to access well before normal time. Condo and common area are Very clean and well maintained. Nice view . All beds and bedroom comfortable , all very clean. All staff most helpful and pleasant, special thank you to my new friend Orlando. At anytime he was very pleased to help, from taxi to restaurant reservations. I feel much better then at the hotel. Condo had a good location for the beach access, beach was exellent , little windy (bother at times) . Beach chais are comfortable ,beach towels provided and was able to change daily. Taxi 10$ to the highrise hotel area and food courts. 30$ to airport. 8-12$ to store or downtown. Free parking if you rented a car. I could not find any faults would visit again.

Had a wonderful stay at Lavent. Our 2 bedroom condo was on the ground floor in which we walked a outside to a tropical garden. The pool was amazing and had plenty of lounge chairs to easily social distance. We grilled on the nearby bbq for many of our lunches and enjoyed eating on our patio. Orlando was great at helping us with reservations and cabs. The Superfoods market has everything you can need and is a few blocks away from the resort. Down the street is the beautiful Eagle beach with crystal blue water. Transportation to the high rises is quick and easy with a bus ride which is about 10 minutes Will be back
