Title: Exemplary Service and Unforgettable Experience at Radisson Blu Hotel, Palm Beach Aruba Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Palm Beach Aruba, and I must say, the staff's exceptional service made my experience truly unforgettable. From the moment I encountered a minor issue with my room door lock, the staff's immediate attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. Although the door lock issue was a technology glitch beyond the hotel's control, the security team went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. They stayed on-site, working tirelessly with a locksmith until the problem was resolved. Their dedication and swift action were truly impressive. Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with numerous staff members, all of whom were exceptional individuals. I must give a special shoutout to Javier, the bartender, whose refreshing margaritas were a delight. Not only were his mixology skills impressive, but our conversation was engaging and on point. I wish him all the best in his journey to become a policeman on the island one day. I would also like to express my gratitude to the assistant manager, whose name currently escapes me. He demonstrated genuine remorse for any inconvenience caused and graciously adjusted some of the charges associated with our stay. His heartfelt apology and willingness to rectify the situation were truly appreciated. However, the highlight of my experience was my encounter with Leonardo. His infectious excitement and exuberance were contagious when he learned about my YouTube live stream from the balcony, showcasing the Radisson Blu's breathtaking ocean views. His enthusiasm further enhanced my appreciation for the stunning surroundings and made my stream even more memorable. In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Palm Beach Aruba. From their exceptional service and immediate attentiveness during the room door lock issue to the exemplary security team and the delightful encounters with Javier and Leonardo, every interaction left a lasting positive impression. This was our first trip to Aruba and we definitely will be going back again for sure. The Radisson Blu is nicely located to all the restaurants (Fishers and More, Giannis def worth going and Papiamentos which is like $10 cab ride a must!) and shops right on the hotel strip. The resort is beautiful and super clean and has all the amenities you can ask for. We booked the two bedroom suite (one king bed and two twin beds) with two full bath! Our room was super big and the king size bed was very comfy. Room was very clean except for the sofa which seems a little old or may need a little cleaning. The adults only infinity pool is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The beach is like a 5 minute walk but they do have a free shuttle that takes you there and picks you up on the hour. The staffs were all fantastic and friendly, especially Annalisa and Zariya (they were our favorites, super nice, polite and always so helpful). Resort wasn't crowded at all, maybe it was after New Years and everyone went back to work/school? The pools and hot tub were nice and there are plenty of chairs. Although the week we went was quiet and not a lot of visitors but for some reason the pool towels weren't enough and you have to come back for which was a little annoying (time for management to buy some more pool towels).…

Well maintained and quiet place with well equipped and clean appartement.Very friendly and helpfull staff. Perfectly located between Eagle and Palm Beach. Ocean view is incredible with perfcet sun sets every evening.

First timers in Aruba, loved it. It was my birthday and David at the front desk and Valentina the concierge took notice of it and made me feel like a queen, they even decorated my room and received a bottle of wine. They made my check in and hotel stay super easy. Also to mention Javier from the bar always with a smile and ready to help out. Loved the housekeepers and the bellman (sorry couldn’t get their names) we enjoyed giannis and the flying fish bone, top notch. Aruba is a most, definitely will be back

This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a very long time. Everything from beautiful room, to the amazing pools, to the delicious food and definitely to the AMAZING and friendly staff. Beautiful Hotel, excellent service from the bellman, front desk and housekeeping. Very clean rooms with minimalistic decor. The pool area is beautiful with landscaping that almost makes you feel that you are walking through a botanical garden. Every plant is labeled if you want to know what plant it is. The fitness center is good. I did not eat at the restaurants as I was exploring all of Aruba.

It was very nice place especially for the price! People writing bad reviews I think want economical prices but expect it to be the Ritz-Carlton. The staff could not have been nicer and the pools were beautiful. Each pool had a bar that was very nice also. You have to walk across the road to go to the beach area where the provide chairs but they also have a shuttle every 15min that runs if you don’t feel like walking. We’ll definitely stay here again because it was great for the price.

Great hotel! Friendly and super helpful staff, front desk has great resources, rooms are spacious open and nice accommodations. Walking distance (5 New York minutes) from the beach, two pools and practically around the block from so many restaurants and shops I would most def stay here again

The hotel is amazing . walk distance from beach/ or hotel shuttle. new hotel clean 👌. David from reception of the hotel is the best , he was so helpful, professional, and so friendly. he make our stay so easy and great that because of him we are definitely coming back to the hotel. Dana also made sure we are OK and was helpful a lot. Raymond from towels both at the pool was so kind and friendly. Thank a lot for everything, can't wait till next time.
