We arrived at 10am however the hotel was only 53% occupied and they would not let us check-in until 1pm. As a Diamond member, they would not honor the room upgrade. This was off to a bad start. What is the use in having this level of membership if it is not honored. I will not be staying here again EVER! So many better options in Aruba. The room is very small, and the couch is uncomfortable. The beach is across the street so you would think, they would offer better service so that people don’t chose beach front instead. The front desk person (Thase) was not helpful at all and kept speaking in another language to the supervisor about my situation so that I would not know what she was saying to Rai (supervisor). Rai was professional but not overly friendly. We stayed at a nearby resort our first week and the staff was outstanding! Now we have a week here and we are not feeling good about this. I would not recommend this hotel! The staff didn’t seem concerned at all about my disappointment. It was business as usual. 2 security guards, so I’m guessing they have lots of upset guests because one of the security officers stayed close to the front desk. I do not know for sure if it had anything to do with race, but I left feeling like it was a contributing factor. Stay somewhere else. We have been coming to Aruba for 13 years and this is our first bad experience with check-in. We usually stay at the Divi resorts which are great. We selected Embassy Suites because it was new so we thought we would try it out. WRONG decision.

Upon stepping into the lobby of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort, I knew I was about to embark on a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is new and modern, and every detail has been carefully thought out to provide the best experience for its guests. From the room decor to the staff's attention, everything in this place is designed to make you feel like you're in paradise. But what really stood out about the Embassy Suites was its location. Situated in the heart of some of Aruba's most popular areas, the hotel provided easy access to some of the world's most stunning beaches. Just steps away from my room was Eagle Beach, with its clear turquoise waters and soft powder sand. And the service at the Embassy Suites was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had an unforgettable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local dining or help booking excursions, the staff was always available and eager to assist. In summary, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation in Aruba. It was definitely an excellent choice when my husband made the reservation at this hotel.

BEAUTIFUL! I am only giving it 4 stars for two reasons..1 not all-inclusive and 2. It's not on the beach. But please do not let that stop you from staying on this property! I am sorry I did not get names, but everyone was so kind. There is Hiltons famous free-made-to-order breakfast and it was delicious. They also have an evening get-together where you are given drink tickets. There is an outside bar, cabanas and a huge pool, and a hot tub. They have tunnel access to the beach and they give you beach chairs and towels

I took my family for 4 nights and we had a great time. The hotel is very clean and the staff welcoming. We had breakfast included and it was delicious. My little boy enjoy the Kellogg’s and muffins. My wife and I had a nice variety of items to pick from (the local spicy sauce is really good). Our room was big enough and cleaned every day. There is a happy hours every day starting at 5pm with light snacks and drinks (tasty…). Outside you have a choice of pools for toddlers and adult plus a jacuzzi. Very clean and well kept. To go to the beach you can use the tunnel or just cross the road. We preferred to cross the road as driver are considerate and no one really drives fast from what we witnessed. The hotel will give you floaters, chairs and umbrella if you ask for those items. Had trouble with the umbrella as this Island is always windy and the sand very soft. Overall a great experience in a nice hotel with a great staff. You have restaurants 5 min drive away ( taxi will charge maybe 5-8 $. US Dollars accepted everywhere so bring some cash. My only advise is stay 6 days as 4 is a little short to be able to do all the activities a available ( we did snorkeling with Octopus and we really enjoyed it!).

The hotel is amazing! This was my second time visiting the hotel and I absolutely love it. The overall experience makes you feel at home. Since you arrive you are welcomed by a beautiful lobby and amazingly friendly staff, the rooms are suite designed which makes your stay extreme comfortable. We got a pool/ocean view suite this time and I was delighted every morning and at sunsets with an incredible view. The breakfast is included, which makes it so handy. The breakfast is a FULL buffet with extensive options. I got to enjoy the pool & jacuzzi also this time which was so good, the pool is HUGE and has a wonderful temperature. I cam keep on writing .. but will invite you to experience this amazing hotel by yourself. I can’t wait to go back to this amazing hotel!

My husband and I had a flight cancelled last minute and we along with 100 other passengers were sent to stay here overnight. From the moment we arrived they couldn’t be anymore accommodating. The hotel is beautiful! Food was great, breakfast was delicious and rooms were comfy. The beach is directly across the street. We didn’t get to see the actual beach but you can see it from anyone of the rooms you stay in. We stayed on the 5th floor and the view was awesome.
