We always stay at Brenni Farm Holidays on our frequent visits to see family in the nearby village of Rhydlewis. We've just returned from a weekend staying in the Old House Cottage which is so cosy and would sleep 8 with ease - this weekend it was just me and my two grown up sons - and our 2 border...

John and Hazel are excellent hosts, very friendly. Almost like visiting family members. Breakfast was made to order, well prepared and of good proportion. The room was spacious, clean, with water, tea and coffee, excellent quality biscuits. Hazel served us tea in the sitting area which overlooks the village of Rhydlewis in the distance. Looks like a watercolor. Lovely people,...

I stayed here for a week with three active teenage children and we could could not have been made more welcome by John and Heather, for whom nothing seemed too much trouble. The farmhouse B & B is in a lovely spot. West Wales is a well kept secret apparently, everybody goes to Snowdonia or Pembrokeshire, leaving a picturesque region...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A delightful setting for a coast and country holiday, Nant Y Brenni is steeped in history. Peacefully situated in the heart of the tranquil Ceri valley, Nant Y Brenni nestles in 11 acres of fields, woodland and lakes. The sympathetically renovated 18th century farmhouse enjoys panoramic views, while the extensive grounds provide glimpses of the distant Preseli hills. The farmyard, to the side of the farmhouse, is formed around charming traditional stone buildings comprising the 'Old House' cottage (the original 17th century farmhouse renovated in 2002) the Byre, the Stables and the Coach house. Friendly farm animals including poultry, ducks, geese, sheep and goats complete the delightful picture of peace and tranquility. Comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodation in double, twin and single rooms is available in the farmhouse with the benefit of private spa bathrooms. There is also an annexed family room with en-suite spa bathroom. ... more   less
