If you are looking into a total immersion in La Habana Centro, this is the perfect place. For one, the location will allow you to be in touch with the real environment and lifestyle of Cubans. Not your fancy neighborhood though, which is not a problem per se since La Habana is one of the safest cities of Central America....

Beautiful clean large room, excellent advice from David, a filling breakfast, and a great location in authentic and less touristy centro habana. A good choice !

We recently stayed at David and Lidia's house in Havana Center. David was very kind and helpful, he gave us some useful advices and he also parked our rented car. The breakfast was very good too. Thank you David. We had contact him by e-mail (diazdavidlidia@yahoo.es) and everything was perfect. We hope to come back again. Jose, Alexandra, Rita and...

We visited Havana for a few days at the start of our trip to Cuba and again for a few more days at the end. Both of our casas were great - one was in old Havana and the other (David and Lidia's) was in Havana centro. We stayed at David and Lidia's casa at the end of our trip...

Due to great reviews here on TA, my wife organized accommodations here overnight while in havana for 2 days. David greeted us promptly and was very helpful. We stayed on the main floor room which was next to the kitchen, which was HUGE! We opted for breakfast and dinner our first night. Food was Excellent, a great change of pace...

We arrived late evening and driving by taxi from the airport through the streets of Habana Centro seemed a bit scary as the buildings and roads are quite tatty and the scant street lighting means it is quite dark. After a couple of days we got used to it and found it was not a dangerous area although best to...

We stayed 4 nights in this Casa and we fully enjoyed our stay. The house is impressive, the food is great and David is full of good advices. From there you can walk to either the old Havana or Vedado which is perfect. We had a massive two bedrooms suite for ourselves which was incredible with 3 meters high ceiling....

We end up in this Casa en Havana Central because our driver recommended it. Aside from David and his family who are super friendly and helpful, the 2 casas are large and comfortable, with traditional wood furniture, great mattresses, with new electric and air conditioning system, lots of water pressure (a nice change in comparison to havana vieja or other...
