We had a great few days in Havana, staying at Hostal Casa Cuba. Michael looked after us very well, with excellent breakfasts and helpful advice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome.

We really appreciated the hospitality and the kindness of the people. Also the location of the casa is top - in the middle of the old town. Maikel (Ronaldo) and Leticia are very kind people and they help you where they can. Hope to see you again .... good luck in between. Margit & Anton from Austria

Leticia is such a funny, life-loving, friendly and positive person, you gonna love her. Best place in Havanna! Trust me, it's close to everything. The breakfast was delicious with fruits and cookies and eggs and with the best coffee I had in Cuba. The view from the balcony is amazing. Room and bathroom is perfectly clean. I can highly recommend...

We spent 4 nights in Hostal Casa Cuba and enjoyed the time very much. The rooms have their own little bath and an aircon, so you can retreat to your room in case it gets too hot in the city (which it does very often). Miquel helped us a lot with his tips and ideas and we always felt very...

Without doubt Hostal Casa Cuba is a gem to behold. Within the ageing walls one can feel transported to some bygone time. From the top floor balcony there is a wonderful view over the roof tops to the convent and the Capitol beyond. The owners are modest, understated and charming hosts. The quiet, rustic rooms are fully air-conditioned with somewhat...

We just came back from a trip to Casa Cuba in Havana and had the pleasure of staying with Leticia at her Casa. The accommodation, location and service were all wonderful and it was a real pleasure to spend time with Leticia, Michael and Madeline. Thank you so much for your part in making our trip a wonderful experience.

This hostal is just south of Plaza Vieja, opposite the convent of Santa Clara. It is high up, which means it has lovely views over the convent rooftops towards the Capitol. It also means there is a large number of stairs, and there is no lift. Luckily Miguel, one of the charming owners, is happy to run up and down...

Our stay at Casa Cuba was fantastic! Michael and Leticia were super friendly hosts. We had a large room that was cleaned every day. Michael made us delicious omelettes every morning with fresh fruit and strong coffee. Casa Cuba was the perfect place from which to explore Havana. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and we would definitely like...

Perfect location, clean and most friendly service. In Havana Vieja, on the 3rd floor ( so get your legs in shape) :-), well worth the effort as there is a good view from the main balcony of the surrounding buildings of Old Havana, you can also see El Capitolio!. Perfect location to explore the area which for me is the...

“The front room opening up to the sitting room and balcony has one double bed and one single bed, perfect if travelling as a couple with one child. The middle room has a double and two singles, so it is a bit cramped. The back bedroom has one double bed and more space.”

“There are 3 not 2 rooms but the third one is not very desirable. Go for the middle room, but perhaps ask those in neighbouring rooms not to sing when they come home at midnight.”
