We stayed here for for nights as our base for exploring Havana from. We had a large air conditioned room with en suite bathroom for 35 CUC per night plus 5 CUC for breakfast. The breakfast regime was very relaxed. Just turn up between 8 and 11 but make sure you've told them the day before that you'll be eating....

Very comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast mean that this place is a good start to your trip to Havana. The guys that work here are all friendly without being in your face - it certainly doesn't feel like you are infringing on someone's space (which we thought it might feel like staying in people's homes). Plaza Vieja and all...

We stayed here on two occasions in February 2017 during the same trip. Very friendly staff who were on hand 24/7 to give advice and book taxis etc. Rooms clean, and the breakfast of fruit, eggs, coffee, fruit juice was immense. My only little gripe was that on the second stay, the water in the shower was a trickle and cold....

I stayed here for several nights in January 2017. I chose this Casa Particular based on the review in Lonely Planet Guide to Cuba and the reviews on Trip Advisor. It is called Greenhouse in the Lonely Planet Guide and that is the name on the sign outside (not to be confused with another Casa Particular of the same name...

Our agent booked us in this "casa particular" on our very first trip to Cuba. We stayed here 3 days. 2 on the way to our destination Cayos Santa Maria and 1 night on the way back. In general we enjoyed it. Except for the night on the way back. We were put in a room without a toilet and...

Fantastic building, great room. Our room didn't have an en-suite and we had to share. Not ideal if your fellow visitors are messy and don't clean up after themselves. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful when it came to getting transport to our next location. Breakfast was great! Such a variety of food. Really good distance from the centre...

Eugenio and Fabio's Green House is almost like a small hotel, with seven well appointed rooms, most with private bathrooms (and by mid-2017 I believe all will be) spread over two and a half floors of a beautifully restored and fitted out old building. Despite being only a two minute walk from Plaza Vieja, the casa is quiet, so is...

We stayed here deep in the Old Town and it was perfect for us. The house was like walking back in time with so much history and antiques. It was superbly clean, we were really very welcomed and very looked after. The breakfast and coffee kicked us off to busy days out and we were given lots of hints and...

This casa provided a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. There are so many trinkets and antiques, which make up a very interesting decor. We stayed on the top floor and it was very comfortable even though it was sometimes tiring going up that last flight of stairs. Breakfast was delicious and there were always other people to talk to...

Very central with welcoming and helpful hosts who organised trips for us to Venales. The breakfast was great, we looked forward to it every morning and the decor of the casa was really something! I would recommend.
