I loved this hotel. The renovated house where the hotel is, is simply gorgeous. The house decor is exquisite. The food is also delicious. And above all, service is impeccable, personalized, and caring. We felt so well treated and loved returning every evening to this oasis after long walks at Old Havana. During our stay there was live son music at the patio and a Cuban jazz band at the terrace. What a delight.

My family and I visited Havana for the first time and we stayed at the Claxon Boutique Hotel. We were very impressed by the interior design and decor, the cleaniness of the junior suite room. We were greeted by Alex, the front desk manager who was very attentive to our needs. The staff at the Claxon Hotel was excellent. We were greeted with an in house refreshing drink called Impala. The mixtologist at the bar was excellent. Breakfast was great with fresh fruits. During our three nights stay, we had the enjoyed live bands in the garden restaurant as well as the rooftop restaurant. The food menus at the restaurants aimed mostly toward international tastes. My family and I were hoping to find a good Cuban dish such as white rice, black beans, fried green/sweet plaintains and some roasted pork or chicken. Unfortunately, we did not get a flare of the real Cuban Cuisine at the Flangio's Restaurant menus. Otherwise this was an excellent stay. …

I recently stayed at Claxon Hotel Boutique and it was the best experience ever. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the decor was so beautiful, and the room were beyond comfortable. Not only did I have great nights of sleep in the plush bed but I was able to get all my work done with the convenient and reliable Wi-Fi. Even though I was there for business purposes I still took some time to relax and take advantage of their rooftop, patio, cocktails and the delicious breakfast every morning. All of this made me feel relaxed, refreshed, and energized as I worked on my script late into the evening. If you're looking for a luxurious but affordable place to stay that feels like home away from home then Claxon Hotel Boutique is the perfect choice.

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of spending a night in the Cadillac Classic Room at Claxon Boutique Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The room is beautifully decorated with a classic style and furnished with incredible amenities. The king size bed was so comfortable it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud I know a cliche jajajaja still, a reality. After a long day of sightseeing, it was so wonderfully relaxing to be able to return to this tranquil oasis. On top of all that, the staff were wonderful and treated us with great kindness during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for total comfort during their stay in the city! Best Hotel in Havanaaaa!

My experience at the Room Chrysler in Claxon Hotel Boutique was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like I was in a dream. The room was gorgeous with an eclectic and romantic feel, and the private balcony overlooked a breathtaking landscape—the perfect backdrop for my romantic evening. From the sumptuous food to the expertly curated wine list, every detail was taken care of. To top it off, the attentive and knowledgeable staff made sure we were fully taken care of throughout our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better night—it truly was magical!

We stayed for 4 nights, the experience was amazing, the location was quiet and familiar. The rooms are brand new, clean and beautiful. The service was great, Claudia and Antonieta were very helpful, they even helped us with the transportation several times. Laura at the restaurant was excellent. They had some musicians in the restaurant and a violin player in the rooftop, so great. We really enjoyed our stay at Claxon and will definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at the Claxon Hotel. The rooms were very up-to-date with all the amenities necessary. The staff was courteous, helpful and efficient. The front desk helped to arrange transportation, event tickets, and various reservations. The restaurant menu is a culinary delight. We particularly enjoyed jazz on the rooftop patio on selected nights. The location is great for walking to a variety of local attractions including two art galleries, The National Theatre, The Malecon, The Necropolis. Old Havana is a short taxi ride away. Overall, we were extremely pleased and will return for another visit.

I returned a second time to stay because the location of the hotel is formidable. Although there are people who prefer Old Havana, this is an area with little atmosphere after dark. It is a wonderful boutique hotel, with chic decoration, ideal for couples and it has a splendid terrace to watch the sunset and smoke a good cigar while sipping a cocktail from the attentive bartenders

For a romantic stay in Havana I came across this beautiful boutique hotel and it was a superb and amazing experience. Chic decoration with luxurious atmosphere and very comfortable rooms. The hotel also has a restaurant named Fangio which is one of the best in town. Amazing breakfast! A plus on the chill out terrace with live local music and unbeatable jazz, the volume just right to unravel and relax before a resting night!
