If you are looking for a traditional Cuban experience with a homely feel then this house is for you. Fefi and Laritza will look after your every need. The room was spotless, large and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the well needed dance lessons in the kitchen were fun and filled us with laughter and joy. The house is a $10 maximum taxi ride to Old Havana, however we walked to most places as we enjoy walking. The restaurant Balcon Del Avano in the next St is cheap and the food is amazing. We look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Luca and his family was amazing. The room and breakfast terrace was very nice. The hotel is located in a beautiful area in Havanna. Luca turned out to be our private guide for the holiday, which was absolutely fabulous. Thank you so much!!

We had such a great time, Luca made everything much easier. The place is very clean and nicely designed. Many different things to do in the area. The area is very safe and we cannot wait to be back. Definitely recommend!

Our first stay in Cuba, verry friendly hosteses, the room was spotless clean! They arranged our next stop and taxi. We were verry happy with that. Also the breakfast was verry nice and a lot. Nice fresh fruits, great coffee. (It was january 2019, but i could not select that one!)

We recently visited Cuba and stayed for three days in Havana. After a long flight from Europe all you want to find is a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere around you, a nice place to rest and possibly receive some useful tips from someone who lives there. Luca and his staff exceeded our expectations. We used some of their services at an additional cost (taxi from the airport, for example) and we are glad we did. Everything proceeded smoothly, Luca gave us relevant advices on what to see/places to eat and a map. Internet is free from 9 am to 10 am (which for Cuba's standards is luxury!). Housekeeping was attended daily and soap and clean towels were provided. Overall it has been a pleasure to be hosted by them. If in Havana again, we would surely go back there!

I had a great stay at Luca's place. Wish I could stay a bit longer. Here is why: 1) Fefi and Yanet (hosts) really made me feel at home, by making sure I had a good breakfast, by helping with directions to certain places, and by giving tips about where to have dinner etc. 2) The location of Luca's place is also perfect (peaceful neighbourhood, amongst others located near a lot of diners, and the malecon), 3) the place itself! The decoration made me come to rest. I highly recommend a stay at Luca's place.

We had an amazing time staying at Luca’s casa! His place is absolutely amazing, lots of beautiful Cuban touches and a very authentic place to stay in Havana. The neighbourhood feels very safe, we never had any trouble and there are some amazing restaurants and bars nearby too! Vedado is quite a hip and upcoming area in Havana, we found it to be a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the city after a long day of exploring. The bed was really comfy, we loved our little balcony too for relaxing on a morning. Breakfast was incredible! You get really well looked after by the staff and they gave us some of the best tips for sightseeing and restaurants. All of their recommendations we enjoyed so I would definitely take note! The AC was a nice touch too as it can get veryyyy hot in Cuba! Plus the 1 hour free WiFi on a morning after breakfast was great. Pick up from the airport was also great and really straight forward. Fefi and Yanet also helped us with our taxi to our next location which was really appreciated. Thank you for everything!…

Had a great 4 night stay in this beautiful casa. We stayed in the front balcony room which was large, comfortable and very clean. We very much enjoyed the balcony, and keeping the shutters open - taking in the breeze and lively sounds of this Havana neighborhood. Great hospitality by Fefi, Yanet and Luca who made us feel at home. We enjoyed the fulsome breakfasts, always with eggs and fresh fruit and excellent Cuban coffee to start our days. Yanet also helped arrange transportation to our hotel in Varadero. Great location. Highly recommended.

So helpful and friendly, easy access to all the interesting parts of Habana. Great Rooms, Meals, Assistance and very importantly AIR CONDITIONING (very important). The taxis that Luca and his people arranged were well priced, honest, timely and courteous. 10 out of 10 in all respects for Luca and his family.
